First, they charge for literally everything. A manicure has all these extra fees. Secondly, this was the worst dip I've had. She went over my cuticle so only days after it's already lifting. I took my elderly mom here to get a gel manicure. The manicure was totally drilled off versus soaked off, which is hard on her hands and nails. She was charged for a full gel manicure, but it seems like she only got a gel polish change. My mom specifically asked for her cuticles to be pushed back and the lady said she already did it. She did not. They look awful. read more

Do not go here, over priced and they do a crappy job. I payed 75$ +tip for a dip manicure, my normal nail place does this for 50$. But to top it off one broke with in the week so I went back and they had the audacity to charge 7$ more. I've been getting my nails done for almost 3 straight years and never once have I had them brake off within one week. read more

I love this place. I have gotten pedicures here twice and the staff is so nice. This last time we had two younger girls that were just cracking us up the whole time. So so nice and so great at what they do. My toes are always perfect when I leave this place. They really take the time to clean your cuticles and make sure you are looking and feeling your best. They also have several different kinds of fancy pedicures. One has fruit that they rub on your legs which looks and smells good. The chairs for the pedicures are also amazing. They are so comfortable and big. There is a ton of space in this place so even if it is crowded you don't feel like you are sitting on top of each other. I will continue to come here for a pedicure. Did I mention they are SUPEr clean and always use new tools on each person? Love it.... and my toes! read more

Booked an appointment for 2, for Pedicure and Manicure for Shellac and we wanted Herbal package. Firstly they didn't had many colors to choose and the colors are so different when they applied it. The guy who did my pedi, told me that Powder is more good choice than Shellac give it a try, So thought why not., and I asked need the color on hands as my pedi.. and It turned out to be so different colors and he didn't even did my Manicure but charged for Manicure too, As my friend paid the bill, I didn't saw the receipt, yesterday when we had a chat., got to know that They charged for my Manicure too.. Tried out this salon for the first time on Saturday May 4th. The nail tech, Kimmie, convinced me to try GelX. Sure, why not since it's supposedly stronger than the current Tap Gel manicure I had. She also shared that she uses GelX and it lasts 3-4 weeks. Impressive considering the chemicals she regularly works with. Im writing this review barely 5 days later & 2 nails have already come loose. I didn't get any long length. I do not work a manual job. Yet here we are, 24 hours until vacation and Im 2 nails down. Not to mention, my appointment was at 9:30. I was walking in at 9:30 & was called by their front desk at 9:30 asking if I was able to make it. This salon is really just looking for numbers at the expense of quality. read more

I am extremely disappointed with what I got from this location BOTH times I went to get my nails done. Service: Service was okay. There was one guy who is on top of it but everyone else would give you dirty looks or completely ignore you if you tried to ask a question. I made an appointment and several walk-ins got priority. The way they answer your calls are short and full of attitude. Nails: (I got Steven) I went in in December for a full set. I got what I went in for, but in terrible quality. The nails themselves were already lifting when I left the salon, the polish was ON MY SKIN, the shapes were extremely irregular, and they looked rushed. I went in waiting to be sat in the chair for upwards of an hour and a half. I was in the chair for LESS THAN 30 minutes... no acrylic full set should take less than an hour if it is good quality. I know this because I went with my grandmother and mom multiple times to high quality salons and every time they were there for around and hour- 1:15... Fast is not always better. I then went in three days ago to get my nails done again before school (I wanted to give them a second chance). I got my acrylics off and got a french manicure. I was in the chair for 15 minutes and he said they were finished. The SECOND I left the heating chair, my nails had chipped severely, the polish had already fallen off and my nails are almost bare today. I paid 45$ for a half-assed manicure. It didn't even feel like a manicure it was so bad. I will not be going back anymore. I am sick of spending way too much on nails when they look like a child did them. read more

Very hit or miss on quality of nails/service. That's the price you pay for walking in. They always get you seated very quickly though and there's really never a wait. I had an excellent pedicure! I've had some really great people and some not so great ones. It seems to be a different manicure every time. However, today was probably the worst dip manicure I've had here yet and I've been coming for 2+ years now. The woman who did my nails didn't even touch my cuticles when I had hangnails all over and I even mentioned how horrible they were. Usually they put cuticle oil on them and clip at them a little, and she didn't even touch them. The dip is extremely uneven and very bumpy. Typically they get the excess hardened dip off your skin and she left every bit on there. Very disappointed. read more

I was told about Magic nails from a coworker. I was hesitant because I have my regular place but this was on my way home from work. I was very impressed from the second I walked in. Big, beautiful, and the staff was attentive and friendly. This place looks very clean and inviting. They have a HUGE variety of shellac colors compared to my usual place and I was so happy to see that for a change. They have their curing lights right in each nail station! I've never seen that and I love the idea. They also have the dipping powders that I'm planning on trying next time. I will definitely go back for a second try to see if this may become my regular nail shop. read more

100% dependent upon who you get. I've been here 3 times. First two, good. This last one was such a stressful experience I don't think I will return. My technician didn't pay any attention to what he was doing. He talked the entire time, answered phones, kept leaving the desk. I recently got my eyebrows waxed, a pedicure, and my nails done. My eyebrows were good and pedicure was okay they could have took a little more time on it but overall it was good and girl was super nice. When it came to my nails they weren't even and were extremely too short she didn't ask me if I was ok with the length she just cut them and called it good. The shape, length, and color all didn't match and I just was not happy about it. I asked the next day for them to just remove them and they made a huge deal about removing them and blamed me saying that was the color that I wanted and tried telling me they look just like the picture and wanted to charge me extra to remove them after I just spent over 150$ on everything. read more

Beautiful nail shop, super clean with an attentive staff. I enjoyed my services today. The shop looks brand new to me and my nail tech said they opened at this location in July 2017 under new ownership. My only complaint would be that my nails were trimmed and filed too low and my fingertips were tender and uncomfortable for the next 2 days. Although I saw 5 to 6 male employees, I didn't encounter the grumpy man several people mentioned in the bad reviews. The salon is very bright and beautiful with floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides of the building. This is a 20 chair nail salon where I felt very comfortable. Hopefully the owner will read all of these reviews and make some changes. Grumpy, disinterested employees that do sloppy work are never acceptable. And cigarette smoke wafting into the salon and employees smelling like smoke are disgusting. I'm going to check back, in a few weeks to see if concerns listed in the poor reviews are being addressed. Hot mess! That describes my experience. I was clear that I was picky about my nails and in a hurry upon arrival but was given Henry, a newbie. I guess that was penance from my level setting of expectations. It took 1 1/2 hours for a gel manicure with me foregoing a massage. Even worse, nails chipped within 48 hours. Filing was horrific. I fixed my own nails so that they were even because it was obvious that he had no idea what I was requesting. My first visit was also a nightmare since my technician could not understand my request and completely jacked up my nails. I have gone to the same person for years and only veer off path for emergencies. Both attempts for this alter have failed. I won't make the 3rd strike. read more

I will not be going back here. I asked for a specific design and I showed her the picture. I didn't expect it to look absolutely exactly the same, but I did think that it would look more similar, that the design would at least be the same size on each nail and that the polish would be a little more translucent like in the picture like I asked. Also they did not tell me that would be an extra $20 for this design. I have been here multiple times and gotten designs on all my fingers and they have not charged me $20 so I feel like the woman just wanted to charge me $20. They also charge to change shape which I have never heard of and I have also not been charged that when I've been here before, I messaged their Facebook page asking for a refund for the design, I said I would go in and they can just paint my nails a solid color and they said no because they can't get back the time that it took for her to do the design, but for them to redo, the design is going to take even more time? When I told them that the design really bummed me out because it was a different size on each of my nails and the design was smeared on a couple of my nails the owner said that "it's art." They said someone else would redo the design for me. The person doing my nails asked me if I liked this design on one of my fingers so I figured it would look like that design so I said yeah that looks good but then on all my other fingers it didn't look the same meaning the size was off and it did not look like the photo. There was one I didn't like and asked her to redo and she said no. I also told whoever I was talking to on fb (probably the owner) that they need to inform their guests and their customers how much a design is going to be before they do it, I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years, and I have never had a nail place hide prices from me. It was like she knew that if I would have to pay an extra $20 for this design, that I wouldn't have gotten it, and I find that very misleading. What I also find misleading went in there to have them redo my nails and they turned me away even though I showed the messages saying I could they said no. Less than a week later the gel is chipping off and cracked down one of my thumbs my, and I'm stuck with these hideous nails because they lied to me told me they would fix them when they won't, they're also all lifting, which I rarely get any lifting. So less than 2 weeks later I have to go get my nails redone after spending $70 on this rebase. It wasn't even a new set, a rebase was $70. read more

Tammy is an amazing nail tech. I can always trust her to do an awesome job. On top of that, she is a sweetheart and very kind.

While some of their nail techs are great most aren't. They make up new charges every time you go. Some times they offer a student discount sometimes they don't. They took advantage of my 13 year old niece and charged her for length (reg length), shape (square), French tip and design costing her over $100 not telling she or myself until they were done. On top of this the tech Mia T told my niece it "wasn't fun for her to do her nails" I'm assuming because we came at five when they close at six which should've been plenty of time to complete. Poor customer service and dishonest employees. read more
