I'm so glad I did as I had a much better experience this go around! Not only did we get a TON of delicious, perfectly ripe berries, but decided to enjoy lunch on the little patio of the farm store. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with blueberry spread and it was fabulous. We also got the Dubai chocolate strawberries for dessert and WOW! Delicious. Sure enough, I ended up with a very large and complicated order I needed to ask five different people for help and every last one was just delightful. The customers were even amazing. Checking out was very easy and they have bags that are not going to fall apart since it is nice to not bag something to deliver and have the bag falling apart. Now if only the customers ordering groceries were as nice as the store! Hay, so you order and we get assigned multiple orders.... it happens. The reason I needed FIVE different people to help was that one of my two customers was adding items and changing other items which means I get to go back to the other end of the store to change out stuff. Then starts sending messages asking how long I am going to be because they are late leaving to go to the river. These are also always the people who don't tip their shopper they just legit tortured and caused their other order to also be late. Pro tip - don't be a jerk and plan ahead - who orders delivery of groceries when they are scheduled to leave??? But definitely shop at this store. They were the reason I managed to stay zen while being verbally harassed through texts.

Things aren't necessarily in the same places I'm used to finding them (like my Tom Bumble is in the candy/chocolate aisle, not at every checkout,) and some items just don't have a large selection like I'm used to. BUT there was a much better selection of Sock it to Me!! And I love me some Sock it to Me socks!!! The store is friendly, convenient to my lash salon and I got my chocolate so I was happy!! It's just SO small that it's hard to navigate.

I also purchased 2 salads in a bag which tasted great, some beer and a few slices of bacon for a potato dish. Their beer selection is excellent and they also have a good selection of wine. New Seasons is considered a higher end market and if we lived closer we would be a frequent customer. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is price. Some items like packaged salad was twice as expensive as places like Sprouts, Safeway or even Trader Joe's.

With that said, there were hand made soaps, baked goods, flower arrangements, jewelry and crafted goods. Also, I really wish we had look at the location before parking all the way in front of Marios - that area of the parking lot is always so crowded due to most of the restaurants being over there leaving the garage pretty free for parking. So I rolled myself and my husband walked at the way over since the market is located on the street inside the mall area in front of the parking garage every Tuesday night from 4-8pm. Parking was full in the garage, but plenty of neighborhood spots a walk away from the Main Street. Samples were given out by most vendors to try before you buy. We picked up gorgeous mushrooms, veggies and fruits. Then tried out Ranch Pizza for the first time. Ordered a small Hawaiian to share and it was plenty. So good! This is a market I'd come back to.

We stopped in on a cloudy Saturday and ended up with soooo many berries! Bring your own picking containers. You can purchase small buckets that they have available in the shop for $4. Go into the shop first to have your own containers weighed. The weight is deducted from berry weight. Then off to pick! They have several varieties. We saw strawberries, marionberries, raspberries, & tayberries. Their signage also lists boysenberries but I didn't see those in the rows. They also offer blueberries but they're not U-pick. Their strawberries are June bearing and were already done by the time we made the trip over. We'll be back next year to get a bunch of those. *They have berries ready to buy in the shop too if you don't want to U-pick. I like this farm being very conveniently located, easy parking, and a very short walk to the fields. They have wagons if you need to haul containers, boxes, or any other items out to the field with you. The berries are VERY good and the entire field appears well maintained. They've become one of my favorite nearby berry farms. Stop in for a visit. It's a fun day for the whole family!
