Description of work to be perform was arranged with company. I took day off work so could attend 5pm meeting. At noon Justin Cooper franchisor for college pro painters Salem OR called stating too busy and could not make agreed appointment. Justin's message stated estimate would be done before weekend ends. He also wanted to know a bit about what work was to be performed. Odd since I already stated this with his company. I recalled ph # justin gave and left a message and retold him what was needed in job and instructed him to call. Justin did not return call. His original message stated estimate would be done by end of weekend. By Justin failing to return call, work could not get done as he said it would. I cannot do business with an idiot. I called 800 # and asked for someone other than Justin to do estimate. I emailed same message. Justin called Tuesday saying it would rain Wednesday so he could do estimate then. Again stating he was too busy otherwise. Since I asked for someone else and given Justin instead, shows company does not care about my business. Since Justin failed to contact me on the weekend he assured me he would contact, I do not need Justin of College Pro.

They also didn't try to sell me on other services, but explained that my gutters looked good and didn't need servicing.
