So if you need a remote or keys with chips they can do it. :) P.S. All of the negative reviews, are because of locksmith scammers! Unfortunately they name themselves after every city. so Orem locksmith Service gets mistaken as one of them. Orem Locksmith Service has a physical location and when you call you actually speak to a technician not some call center. Be careful, there's a lot of fake locksmiths out there! And they will charge you an arm and a leg, they will quote you a cheap price on the phone, but when they get done with job they give you a huge bill. :( Almost all of the time they end up screwing up your locks or your car, depending on what they're making keys to or unlocking. Unfortunately, I have fallen for one of them once, thinking I was contacting Orem Locksmith Service. luckily I was able to void my credit card charge. And if you try to cancel with them, they will call you over and over again and leave you a million messages. So like I said, just be careful! My key broke inside the ignition of my car. The car was still running. I called them five minutes before closing and the employee named Jared told me he would wait for me to get there (it would be a 15 min drive). Jared and his co-workers waited and they were very friendly and nice. Being out of town from Florida, they made me feel very comfortable and greeted me with a nice smile even though they could of closed their store and be home instead of working. They gave me advice about driving in Utah as the winter is approaching. I am very satisfied with their service.The best customer service I ever received in my life. Needed to have some padlocks removed from a storage shed we couldn't find the keys for. Called around for quotes and Orem Locksmith Service was the best priced. I called for a quote and called again a week later to have them come remove the locks. I was very impressed that I was quoted the same price each time I called, not always the case with some businesses. RELIABLE AND HONEST. I was impressed by the speed and professional results that Tom offered! He was very kind and easy to talk to. This is my third experience with Orem Locksmith and I'm STILL loving the service and speed they provide! I had a push-to-start vehicle and no other keys. Jay is a wizard! The key to our Dodge Caravan would not turn in the cylinder. He told us how to spray lubricant inside (he said he normally does not recommend using WD-40 except in this situation), put the key in, and tap it for 10-15 seconds until the tumblers fell into place. That got the key to work again so we could avoid a service call to the house. We took the van to the store immediately, and he already had the part in stock to fix the problem. Great work! read more
