Enter Stacy. From the first appointment she was so sweet and educated me on the process, how to take care of the lashes for longevity and avoid damage, and is always transparent about pricing. I already have really thick full eyelashes so she did a really pretty natural look for me which I appreciated because I was kind of nervous I would look like one of those crazy caterpillar lash girls out there when I first transitioned to extensions. Now I'm hooked and have been going for months! Sometimes we do a more natural everyday look and sometimes we do dramatic if I know I have a trip or events coming up but she still makes it look natural somehow. I am constantly getting compliments from friends, family, and even strangers (men and women)! My lashes last 3-4 weeks because I do everything she taught me to keep my own lashes strong and the extensions in good shape. I recently purchased her lash cleanser and it was a game changer! My lashes rarely fall out or twist and I could probably even go longer in between fill appointments because of her quality products and careful application. She is always super responsive about setting appointments, and sends out reminders which is so helpful for someone like me who is always forgetting where i need to be and when. Sometimes I have to switch last minute because of my work schedule but she always finds a way to accommodate me. The appointments are always 40-45 minutes which is hugely helpful for someone like me with such a busy schedule. Then, after several days of trying to reach her I had left a review. I had been trying to book appts, had existing appts booked, and she just completely dropped off the face of the earth. I didn't hear a thing from her until my review is published, and now she's saying that there's been a death in her family. While I can empathize with someone going through that, it seemed she had only reached out at that point in hopes that I would remove my review (which was originally done, feeling sorry for her). After doing so, she conveniently asks me to find another lash artist. I'm sorry - but this is not worth the headache!! Horrible things will happen in life but just like I would have to notify my employer if something happened, as a business owner you should be keeping your clients up to date as well. Not just when a review is left. Hopefully this will be a lesson to her to be more professional.
