Very beautiful and clean establishment. My sister and I came for a mani and pedi. I came hoping to get a thorough cuticle cleaning as I typically do my own nails but was disappointed. The women seemed very uninterested and was just going through the motions. Upon closer examination, the application of the gel was sloppy. My sisters manicurist was a lot more meticulous and detail oriented but she experienced chipping in her gel manicure a couple days later. Prices were fair so I might come for another try. read more

No, just no. First, they weren't at all welcoming. But, Have you ever had a 20-minute pedicure for $35? Me either. But I did today (plus tip). I paid for a pedicure, but got a polish change. I stressed that exfoliation was a priority for me, and that I didn't want the massage, just please focus on exfoliation. I wanted someone to provide a good pedi so that my feet would feel better, look better, and I'd be on my way. But there was no exfoliation, and no cuticle work. The tech didn't listen at all. He did offer me a collagen treatment for an extra $13, which I declined. When I told him that I'd have to go elsewhere for a true pedi because my feet had gotten no service, his response was "I offered you a collagen treatment." Organic, we go to a nail tech to have our feet tended to. You completely missed the mark today. I am local, and wouldn't recommend this place if you value your feet, your money, or your time. I recommend Nails & Co. and Nail Bar, both in Salem. read more

Had been a few times & had hit or miss pedicures, not a relaxing environment-but priced right for a basic pedicure. Went Saturday & got the up charged Lavender pedicure -have had it before & enjoyed it. As I sat in the chair I saw the sign stating they take cash tips only. Realizing I had no cash, I planned to run to the bank & return with tip. This time was actually my best experience to date, until I PAID my bill & my technician had moved on to her next client. I dried for a few minutes & took 2 steps out the door to go to the bank - I was chased out the door by 2 employees- one screaming that I did not tip! I stated that I was running up to the bank to return with the tip- oh no! She could charge my credit card the tip just this time as an exception. I stated I prefer to give cash & the next offer was to tip by Venmo-which I explained I did not have. I went to the bank & returned with the tip in an envelope. Needless to say, being treated like a criminal was embarrassing & unnecessary. WILL NOT BE RETURNING read more

This is the best nail salon to have hit Marblehead in at least a decade! The space is immaculate and they are very conscious of sanitization. They also take their time and pay careful attention to cuticles and paint jobs. Not only that they throw in a massage and additional care, all for an incredibly reasonable price. I just had the BEST pedicure experience I have ever had with Nancy. She was thorough and attentive to every detail from shaping the nails, buffing rough spots, great massage and application of the nail color. And while my nails were drying, she gave me a neck and back massage! WONDERFUL! read more
