I got short almond acrylic with French tip and half a daisy on 2 nails. She did not once approve the shape, French tip height, nor the design placement with me. Half of my nails are pointing up as opposed to going with my natural nail shape. Half my nails don't even have acrylic covering the full nail. And the lower French tip is not what I asked for. I would have appreciated more blue. I also asked for the daisy to be at the bottom of my nail. It is on the side. I will definitely not be back. Very dissatisfied. I forgot to book and appt w my nail tech so i opted for a nail salon. I liked the vibes of the salon but it was a bit pricey... I paid $95 for this set the length is M/L with one acrylic color, square shape so didn't require much filing, the nail art, 2 charms and aura effect on the same nail that you can't really see... Disappointed, to say the least. I scheduled an appointment for 4 PM and arrived at 4:06. I had been calling to let them know that I was going to be late due to traffic but it shouldn't take more than 5 to 6 minutes. The first two times the phone would just keep ringing. My third attempt somebody finally answered my call and just put me on hold and you could hear background noise, but nobody coming to answer my call. I walked in and was notified that the 4 PM slot had been given away to other people that arrived before me, which I thought was a little bit ridiculous seeing that a grace period should be honored considering I've arrived for my appointments before and waited way more than five minutes AND I had tried multiple times to communicate that I would be la. I let them know that I did need to leave within the next hour and 20 minutes and I still wasn't taken back until 15 minutes later. I received the worst pedicure I've ever gotten at this establishment, gel polish all over my skin of my feet, no calluses removed, no massage. My acrylic set, while the French tip was pretty, had fish eyes in the gel polish, which is when the surface is not cleaned properly and it cures unevenly. Most of my nails are covered in lumps. $130 later I had to come home and reshape and refile, every single one of my fingers and toenails after waiting and paying because we all know their prices have gone up significantly. read more

First time I came I asked for a full set. the woman who did my nails barely acknowledged me then called over another woman. They began talking amongst themselves in their language while laughing and observing my nails (leaning in closely) which made me feel uncomfortable. The second time I went I asked for a fill but the person did not polish my entire nail bed and there were noticeable spots missing coverage. I asked for them to fix it in the most polite way possible and even apologized for pulling them away from their current client, and they blamed it on me, the client. My nails were not cute, I kept telling her they needed to be filed more because they were sharp and crooked but she kept responding with no "that's okay". Waxing gone wrong ! Kim literally burnt &/or ripped my skin off my upper eyelids! Also, after paying for a full face wax; my chin/neck was spotted with hair and many areas missed. When I came back a few hours later to show it was burnt not just 'red' they just recommended I use cold compression, keep products off my face, & stay out of the sun due to my 'sensitive skin'. This is a burn, from wax (the first area she did), & will scab/possible scar! *The previous lady had done a better job but also left my eyebrows too thin, this time I requested they not be. Honestly, there's some improvement that has to be made. I'm a local and have been here multiple times. Every time is a different experience but nothing compared to today. I understand it's a weekend it gets busy, but it's extremely upsetting seeing people that didn't have an appointment get seated prior to one who does have an appointment. I was seated 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment and the whole time the nice lady that did my pedicure seemed rushed, she did a lot of things on one foot that she didn't on the other, perhaps she forgot, but it just seems too rushed and not the quality paying customers deserve. They have seemed to have improved the appointment and wait time issues that I had a few times where I made an appointment and still had to wait like 20-30 minutes. They seem a lot better tar delegating technicians, now which is helpful. All the techs are good - even if you do a walk in. But in my opinion, the best nail tech is Tina. My gel manicure with her lasted the longest and looked the nicest. She's also meticulous and has never accidentally cut or hurt me where other techs have. read more

Honestly this place gets no stars from me!! This is just a warning for others, be careful at these nail salons when receiving any service. I was at Organic Nails in Perris in the Walmart plaza off of Perris Blvd on Sunday August 25th, 2024. I received a pedicure service for my wedding on August 30th. I had gotten the spa pedicure with callus remover. When the man applied the callus remover he applied plastic wrap around my foot as well but before he closed the wrap he sprayed pure alcohol on top of the callus remover, I didn't think anything of it until I felt some warmth when he removed the wrap, I look down and looked like I had a chemical burn then I proceeded to tell the man that it was stinging/burning. He proceeded to tell me it was probably just some irritation. Once he applied my polish I noticed I had a full burn on not only the whole top of my foot but the back of my ankle as well. When I went to tell the lady at the front desk about what happened she told me that she could speak with her manager about what happened, she called the manager on her phone and only discounted $25 dollars off of my service I still ended up paying $45. It was ridiculous but I am a non confrontational person so I just paid and left. Before I paid they also basically accused me of being a liar and said I probably had some sort of rash before my service ( which I had absolutely nothing on my foot prior to going there) point of this post is to just make everyone aware of what went on and to let people know just be aware of any services performed here or any nail salon. I will never return here again or maybe anywhere ever again. Lesson learned. read more

I've been doing my nails for 30 years. This is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to. All the technicians are good at what they do. The best of the best are Ben & Tina for pedicures & the best for nails is Gina, Sunnie & Annie. You're always greeted when you walk in & they really strive to make you comfortable. The nail salon is very clean & they use top quality products. There are plenty of nail shops in Perris, but if you're picky (like me), this is the place. The lady did a grate job with my nails but I don't recommend this nail salon. I showed the lady a picture of the nails I wanted she said she was going to charge me $60 after that I ask how much would it add up for a star in one of my nails (only 1) she said $20 so I said no and she looked at me weird, when she finished my nails she ended up charging me $76 which is crazy bc I didn't get the star + they were short with one color. I went in 2 days ago for a pedicure. All was well until she attempted to cut an "ingrown" nail that I didnt ask her to cut. I had recently cut them myself but she still did it without me asking.
