I've actually…read morevisited your salon a few times now, and my very first experience, where I got both an overlay and a pedicure, was absolutely fantastic - I left feeling so happy with the results! My second visit for an overlay wasn't quite as perfect, but I decided to give it another try, hoping for the best. Unfortunately, this most recent nail appointment really fell short of expectations. The overlay itself ended up being much shorter than I had anticipated, and to my dismay, several nails chipped within just three days of the service. I also found the filing process quite uncomfortable; it felt rather aggressive and almost like a burning sensation at certain points. On top of that, it seemed like my cuticles weren't properly cleaned up during the process. For $60 I expected more. Given these last two experiences, especially this most recent one, I'm feeling a bit hesitant about getting my nails done here again. I do want to say that I think your salon truly excels at pedicures - those have always been wonderful! My previous set was a full-color set, but when JEFF asked if I wanted to do full color again, I clearly said that I wanted a French tip instead. He agreed, but seemed hesitant about it. While preparing my nails, he brought up again that he thought a full-color set would look better. Since I had already stated my preference, I felt a little uncomfortable being pushed toward a different option. Later, when it was time to apply the color, he asked, "Full now, right?" and I ended up agreeing because it felt like he was rushing through the appointment. I later realized I was his last customer of the day, which may have contributed to the experience. After I agreed to the full color, he proceeded to paint my nails but didn't clean up the polish around the edges or cuticle area. As a result, there was visible polish on my skin around several nails, which made the finished set look messy and unfinished. The service felt rushed overall. When applying the cuticle oil, he was standing and not really paying attention to where he was putting it, and the appointment ended with a quick instruction to wait a few minutes and then wash my hands. The nails turned out okay, but I left feeling like my original request wasn't really respected and that the service lacked attention to detail. I believe clients should feel comfortable getting the design they ask for without feeling pressured to change their minds, and I also expect the final result to be clean and polished.

I honestly didn't expect much and came in with a very basic design in mind, but I changed my mind at the last minute. I showed Natalie my nail inspo, and she did a really great job bringing it to life. I can understand why some people may not like their policies, but I also think they're fair for both the salon and the customers. The salon is small, neat, and only had three staff members working on the weekday I visited, so there may be a bit of a wait. They also ask you to pay before the service, which makes the pricing clear upfront and probably helps avoid awkward situations iykyk. The vibe isn't overly sweet or super welcoming compared to some other nail salons, but they clearly know what they're doing and do it well. Personally, I didn't mind at all and actually enjoyed my experience.

I paid $120, I would normally pay $65-70 for this, sometimes even more of designs for $65-70 - Attached are pictures and also prices for the pedicures. Paid $20 deposit when booking online. You also pay your total before any service is done. Area was right off the freeway, door was closed so the place looks closed and almost abandoned. They do have a bathroom and a separate sink for nails.

As I already knew, everybody was busy with their own schedules. I decided to take a Lyft to a nearby nail salon without disclosing to my family members where I left off too. As soon as I walked into the facility (I will respectfully not mention the nail salons name for privacy purposes), one of my family members did call me and asked where I was. Long story short, she told me absolutely not and she was going to book me and now my Mother, elsewhere at 02:00P the very same day. We arrived at K & K Nail Salon a little but early, were seated right away and the services begun. The prices were very fair with the outcome of services and professionalism. The employees here bonded with us as if we were family. This was great. My mother and I got matching Blue colors for the upcoming event. Unfortunately, I broke a nail the very next morning, which so happen to be the day before the baby shower. I was again seeking fast booking services. I walked into K & K Nail Salon and was greeted by Kelly. I explained to her what happened and she sat me down immediately and went to work on repairing the broken nail. As much stress as I was under, Kelly was able to delicate this for me, complete the service and I left feeling great again. I do visit my family members anywhere from 1-2 times a year and guarantee I will be returning to this shop every time. There are not that many places that acknowledge you as a human being, and not just a walking financial institution. Great and friendly service. May I add how clean the facility was! Thanks y'all! She took five from me. I used to love coming here all the time, but this happened twice already when they take the tip for themselves without Letting me give them the tip. This was the last straw and I will not go back to this place again. So be careful when you pay them pay attention and another thing I noticed as they do rush through your nails because they want to get to the next person which is not right. But this was my favorite spot to come, but this time that I only did a simple nail set. It went all wrong.
