I had an appointment scheduled and was not seen until 40 minutes after my appointment time. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you're not going to honor the time. I understand being busy or maybe even short staff but you should always prioritize your appointments. I spent almost 3 hours in this place just getting a pedicure and manicure. Absurd. On top of that, the staff didn't even apologize. They acted like they were doing me a favor for a service I'm clearly paying for. Come here if you want to wait for a long time. Sadly there aren't many good nail salons in the area. I'm taking recommendations!

I honestly didn't expect much and came in with a very basic design in mind, but I changed my mind at the last minute. I showed Natalie my nail inspo, and she did a really great job bringing it to life. I can understand why some people may not like their policies, but I also think they're fair for both the salon and the customers. The salon is small, neat, and only had three staff members working on the weekday I visited, so there may be a bit of a wait. They also ask you to pay before the service, which makes the pricing clear upfront and probably helps avoid awkward situations iykyk. The vibe isn't overly sweet or super welcoming compared to some other nail salons, but they clearly know what they're doing and do it well. Personally, I didn't mind at all and actually enjoyed my experience.

There were three people working, yet the customer service was rude, unfriendly, and completely unwelcoming from the beginning. Also YOU MUST PAY BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING!!! I explained what I wanted for my nails, but they couldn't do them correctly. I was told I could get regular nail polish, only to find out they apparently didn't have any available. Then the one color I requested was out of stock as well. Communication was also extremely difficult. There was a clear language barrier with the person doing my nails, and when I tried to explain that I needed to communicate what I wanted, they became upset with me. Both of the other nail techs had to translate for us, so I'm not sure how I was supposed to communicate my requests without their help. I wasn't being difficult, I simply wanted to be able to explain how I wanted my own nails done. The worst part is that I ended up leaving WITHOUT ANY COLOR on my nails, and I literally had to cut and file my own nail because it still wasn't done correctly. After all of that, they still would not give me my money back. I paid for a service that I did not receive properly and left having to fix my own nail. The entire experience felt disorganized, uncomfortable, and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon and will definitely never return.

So embarrassing. Today is 8/14 and this is how my nails look after only 12 days. The nail tech was very nice, but clearly the gel she used was cheap! When I get my nails done at Tully's they last me almost a month and the gel Never chips. I only went there because they were open that Sunday and I wasn't going to have time before the retreat. I paid $25 to have my nails painted, I will never go there again.

She took five from me. I used to love coming here all the time, but this happened twice already when they take the tip for themselves without Letting me give them the tip. This was the last straw and I will not go back to this place again. So be careful when you pay them pay attention and another thing I noticed as they do rush through your nails because they want to get to the next person which is not right. But this was my favorite spot to come, but this time that I only did a simple nail set. It went all wrong.
