The place was nice and clean, the people we're accommodating and polite. Not many of them spoke proper English but they get the gist. My nails came out amazing, the girl who did the design was fantastic at it and was quick. The pedicure was very good and it didn't hurt at all. I definitely will be going back. This salon offers the top of the line products and services. They are extremely clean, very positive, and polite. When I walk in the door I feel at peace and welcomed. They take care of you without hesitation and take their time giving you the results you asked for. I have been in twice and I am more in love with my experience here then any other nail salon I have been to in my life. My mom and I got our nails done here. We both had pedicures and dip with a tip on our nails. My pedicure was fine, other than it being smuggled. And my moms pedicure was fine. What wasn't okay was our dip nails. I chose a color on their color wheel of nails, and the color on my nails looks nothing like what I picked. After saying it looked too bright, they were convinced it was the same color and it would look fine after a few coats. Three coats of dip later and my nails are still too bright of a pink and you can see the tip on them. Not opaque at all like the one I picked up, which is annoying. Also, my nail tech filed my nails so hard on two of them he shaved down my skin so much it was bleeding. Also, dip should never go directly into the container.. they are supposed to take a small portion out so that not everyone is dipping into the same container. My moms dip also looks bad, not because of the color, but where the tips are on her nails she has a dent on all her nails at that spot. They look so bump. Not happy with this place. read more

I usually never leave yelp reviews but this nail salon left me less than impressed. Although the quality of the mani/pedi itself was good, the woman drew blood on 2 of my figures and on 1 toe. My gel polish which I know never chips and I can go between 4-6 weeks between fills was chipping a week to 2 weeks in I can and complained they told me to come in and they would fix it when I got there they changed their mind and wouldnt stand behind there work and fix it. read more

I would give this a zero star review if I could. Seeing as this is the first review I have ever done In my life. I chose a dip color that was supposed to be a light pink. Once my nails were done, I was upset that my nails were not the identical color as the display that I picked! The next day and a half my finger became sore and it was due to an infection underneath the nail! I believe this is due from not putting the dip powder into a separate dish or the obvious using dirty tools. I've been looking for a place to get my nails done in Plant City as I get tired of driving to Brandon or having mediocre results. I decided to give #1 Organic Nails a try today (beside Wayback Burgers). I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in I was pleased. The salon is very clean, updated and classy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. So many colors for dip powder, gels, etc to choose from. The chairs were more modern and amazing. (I seriously need one of these at home). Now, on to my nails. Katherine did mine and was fantastic. She wasn't happy about something w my nails (didn't bother me) but she wanted them to be perfect for me. She went out of her way to ensure they were perfect. Most places won't do this as they rush you out so the can get the next person in the chair, not these guys. They want to make sure you have a great experience and leave with beautiful nails. I forgot the ladies name that did my pedicure (shame on me), but she was also great. Very pleasant and did a great job. I walked in as a newbie and walked out as if I had been going there for years. I'm looking forward to going back in a few weeks. Also, compared to many other places, the price is very reasonable. I've paid much more and went home not happy w my nails at other places. I think I finally found my place in Plant City! read more

I travel and rate nail salons I experience every tech before a review and tho it's a nice place each nail tech charges different like one charged me 5 extra for her to do coffin style after asking me if I wanted them coffin or square one charged me 15 extra for the gel color it's priced at 7 another charged me 20 to put Stickers on my already painted nails and then another 15 for the clear gel polish over the stickers. ,for my pedicure I was handed a spa sheet to pick my pedicure I clearly said and pointed at the deluxe handing it back to her we literally locked eyes as she said ok she did the 50 dollar pedicure and argued with me and played the no English card they argue with all there customers over pricing I've seen many regulars walk out. they are all con artist and they joke about there customers And encourage each other to up price's and con you They speak English to there convienience. But mostly they talk about there customers in there language across the tables while working on you. Worst of the worst the nails always break days later. read more

Half a** work. I had to ask her multiple times to file them to be symmetrical as one hand was way longer. I picked a light dip color and everywhere else I've been does 3 layers. Twice I have gotten gel polish and it chipped within days, the nail tech. asked me to come in she would fix it and she did. The next time I called with the same issue the nail tech. informed me that she was leaving early. I really needed my nail fix; therefore, I called again that day, the owner picked up told me to come in but when I arrived she refused to fix my nail because my nail tech. was not there.
