On a busy Sunday afternoon, I found myself circling the parking lot for almost 30 minutes before getting lucky enough to get a tight cramp spot. The store is located to the left side of the super market. They had an assortment of pens, notebooks, and art supplies. I was able to get some goodies from here. Again, the store can be cramped, a little warm, and hectic, but you walk out with really good finds. I feel their price point is pretty reasonable, and their selection is great considering the size of the store. Staff is nice and seems helpful. Overall, cute Japanese stationery store to visit for all your stationery needs whether you're a seasoned artist or beginner. They have everything for everyone. My favorite was their journal selection, they had many good brands from Campus to Midori. I'm sure you will find something here.

Wow haven't been here for an awful long time. I entered into a nice clean store and asked a very helpful lady of the department where I could find materials that are Styrofoam and paints and glitter glue... she walked me over and I found the specific items on my list. Nice store and I kind of meandered on the way back to the front checkout counter. A young lady helped with the transaction but I needed a Michaels bag.. a paper shopping bag makes it easy to carry. She explained the return policy. I went home happy. Today I went back to Michael's to return some of the unused material and got good value credited back to the CC. It was quick and easy. I liked the store with its valuable return policy. Thanks to the staff at Michael's we now have a completed school project.

The folks at Avenue live the lifestyle and believe in the art- because of that, the stuff they carry is always fresh and legit. I remember stumbling into Avenue back in high school, trying to find a place to quench my LRG fix. The main man behind the register, Arthur, not only helped me with what I was looking for, but really took the time out to explain the finer points of streetwear. Every time I stop by, he's always there doing his thing, and mindful of stuff I'd be interested in that's already out or coming out soon. It's places like Avenue that really show what OC is all about- not all that pretentiousness you see on Laguna Beach. Avenue represents this drive for a changing culture that I wish more people could appreciate and acknowledge for what it's worth.
