Even though we consumed it a couple days later, the bread was still very fresh. I was pretty surprised at the quality and how soft it was. But the thing to get here is actually the egg tarts apparently. Our friends are obsessed with them. Some of the bread that look like it had cheese at the top was meh. Some that was filled with meat was pretty tasty. I even tolerated the bean/taro filled ones which on a normal day I'd pass. Hong Kong Bakery apparently has light bits (fries/soup/dim sum), bubble tea, and even coffee too. One rainy Friday night when we were here, this place filled up with random people coming in and out so it's a popular spot.
