I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews, but lately I've been feeling disappointed. Since the restaurant has gained more publicity and traction, I've noticed a decline in customer service. I'm no longer greeted when I walk in, and I'm told to place my order on an iPad that's confusing and difficult to navigate. The prices are already high, and being prompted to tip on top of that feels like a slap in the face. For a family owned restaurant. At the very least, I'd expect a basic level of customer service. If the ambiance were better and customers were made to feel more comfortable and welcomed, I wouldn't feel the need to write this review. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be back
