I've been using my Hario V60 Switch and a course grind setting, by the way. It's a bit of an investment to pay a bit more for Perc beans, but you genuinely get what you pay for in terms of quality. After 2 they have BOGO hot pastries! We got a chocolate peanut butter scone and a vanilla almond croissant. The croissant was good with a little bit of cream inside a fluffy pastry.
