Sean, who worked with us on our estimate, was on-time, friendly, and low pressure. He provided an estimate to repair all of the original wood trim and recommended to encase it in aluminum. The contract was very well outlined and we felt it was a fair price. The most important part for me was that it did not feel like there were any games to play, as I was expecting/fearful of this from researching window related jobs. The work team first dropped off supplies -- everything was organized so cleanly on our driveway. The next day, they showed up before 7:30am and continued to do so the rest of the week. I have never seen a team to dedicated and punctual. They showed up early DAILY and left late DAILY, were polite, and even came on the weekend to wrap things up and clean up. Everything was done with great detail and they even helped us put up our new house number plate without hesitation. I could tell from that they care about their clients and their happiness.
