We ordered desert and it took newly 30 mins for it to be brought out - my son's "warm" apple krisp was cold he said. i have been smugglers at least A dozen times in the last 3 years and more so in the last decade and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. For a $400+ bill for myself and my 3 kids, I def expected way better quality, actual warm food and not have to wait a combined time of over an hour for service. Server was fine, but not memorable. We were disappointed in the experience as this used to be our go to (bi-monthly) dinner place before the ownership change.
