I called Orlandi to see if they had the heavy duty leafspring in stock and amazingly they did. I got there 15 minutes later and they had the part behind the counter for me. Not only did they have it in stick but they also installed it and had me back on the road in 1 hour. I could not have been more pleased or give a higher review. Recently had a situation where our jet ski trailer tire blew out while my son was driving back from New Hogan lake. Unfortunately our spare was the wrong bolt pattern. So I called around looking for someone who carried 13" tires. Lucky for me the person at "Just Tires" recommended I call Orlandi Trailer. I called Orlandi 45 minutes prior to closing time. They priced me out with a upgrade from a bias-ply to a radial. It took 20 minutes to drive there but when I did, the tech knew immediately who I was and already had the correct tire set aside. In less than 10 minutes the shredded tire was off the rim and the new tire was installed. I was out the door in under 15 minutes! we had an appointment to pick up a trailer rental and when we did before and foremost . All information should be stipulated on requirement prior to wasting our time or any other customer time. We filled all necessary paper work and to our dismay when we did the walk through we were told we couldn't take the trailer due to one problem with our truck . It had no electric brake for the trailer. This should be noted on time of arrival instead of wasting two hours filling paper work and having their printer not working right with a bunch of loonies in the little tiny office. not a good way to do business. Brought my cargo trailer there to get the hubs repacked and a wiring issue with lighting. The business was highly recommend by a friend. I have no issues with the work, it was completed fast. My issue is customer service when picking the trailer up. I had my 3 year old grandson with me. When getting out of the truck to pay my bill and get the trailer, he tells me Gramps I have to pee. I tell an employee and he said customers aren't allowed to use the bathroom it's policy. He tells me to take him to a gas station on the next block! We go inside to pay the bill and he's holding himself and telling me he had to pee. The same guy took my payment and again I asked to use the bathroom for my grandson. A waste of time.. If there is a no star, I would have selected that instead.. I called and ask for 1/2" square U bolt and they say they have many. Took the drive down and they have one.. yes only one , not 1/2 inch but the next size up. I ask, how about any other length and he say no, only this larger one. How is a trailer shop has only ONE u-bolt size. Either the person that was looking doesn't know what he is doing or they really only have ONE.. He did offer to order it for me.. STAY AWAY. This is a rip off. Left my trailer to check breakers, lights and hydraulics. I requested a quote to be sent before any repairs. After one day they sent me the quote for $4900 and a few hours after first quote they sent me revised one for $5200 (ridiculous). After reviewing their quote I have decided to look for some alternatives and found another service in Mountain View, who priced the same work (based on Orlandi's quote) at $2800. I went there today and said I won't be repairing it and to my surprise, they billed me $900 for checking requested items (I used to serviced all my trailers out there and was prepared for $250, which they normally used to charge me). I asked why no one called me to tell that the inspection will cost me so much, I was told that's the way they work. I was shocked. They made extra $650 but for sure they lost a long time customer. I won't be going there anymore and want to advise everyone who decide to do business with them to make sure they will provide you with a quote for checking up your equipment otherwise you will be ripped off like I was. read more

I just needed to get the wheel to move enough to get it down my driveway 20 ft. The true repair is to replace the axle with a newer one. I was provided a written quotation for a specific repair I needed on a trailer. When I arrived the owner tried to up sell me for items I did not require. That may have been a factor I was charged 35% more than the written quotation I had received for the repair I needed. I was charged an hourly labor rate $140. Yikes! Overpriced for the type of repair I needed. I recommend bringing your quotation with you and discuss upfront so the price you were quoted is what you actually pay. Don't assume anything with this company. They may very well lead you to believe you can get a repair done for $X then hand you a final bill that is 3 times that initial amount. I think a large part of the problem is that this outfit really doesn't have the kind of equipment and tools you would expect, for them to do a job efficiently. They are going to send out a guy with a couple of wrenches to work on your vehicle or trailer without any pneumatic lift to get under it. It will take them 4-5 hours to get something done, that a well equipped garage could get done in 30 minutes. They will use every excuse they can to charge you $145/hour for a guy with a couple of simple tools to get through your rusted parts. read more

I have used Orlandi Trailer for over 30 plus years, to service my boat trailers. They have always gone out of their way to provide maintenance and repairs in a very timely manner including last minute emergency repairs prior to participation in fishing tournaments. Recently I needed repairs and also maintenance on my trailer performed. When the work was finished and I went to pickup my trailer, I was surprised that the bill was less than half of what I was expecting. Orlandi told me that the repairs were covered by their warranty on previous work performed on the brake system. I wasn't aware of the warranty. Orlandi Trailer volunteered that information. They didn't ignore their warranty, they didn't try to talk their way out of their warranty. Unfortunately a lot of businesses these days are not as honest, moral or ethical.
