We bought a Dodge minivan there and are very satisfied with it, so I set up an appointment for an oil change, which includes tire rotation. Also we had had a trailer hitch installed elsewhere before that, and afterwards the left rear turn signal didn't work. It has an LED light assembly so I knew it wasn't just a bulb. I took it back to the place that installed the hitch. They replaced the hitch wiring harness under a parts warranty, but afterwards we found it still didn't work. I mention this because I figured I would have VannGannaway look at the turn signal problem during the oil service. When I spoke to them they said it being a Dodge, they might have to take it to the Dodge dealer (whose service ratings aren't nearly as good as Vann Gannaway's). I thought about it and later decided to take it to an auto electric garage for that work, and the problem was fixed. That left just the oil change/tire rotation. When I dropped the van off, I mentioned that the Oil Change alert message ran every time we started the car and could they reset it this time? He said he would tell the technician, but it was a Dodge, so he couldn't guarantee it. Well, they did reset it, so that was good. In conclusion, so far I would recommend them for service for your Chevy, but since we don't have a used car warranty with our vehicle, and since repairs of our Dodge seem to include the possibility of having a Dodge dealer work on it, I will continue to use our long-time service garage.

His sales rep told him to come back in and it would be taken care of. The nail was in the side wall and couldn't be patched. While admitedly, it could have been picked up in the TWENTY minutes we owned the vehicle, VG could have given a break instead of charging FULL PRICE PLUS INSTALLATION for a new tire AND INSTALLATION!! Discount Tire is giving us a new tire for EITHTY dollars less than VG was going to 'help' us out with. They will NEVER get another dime from us! So disappointed!

I got the truck back from them with all the plastic wrap in it, and all of their trash paper protectors covered in dirt (they don't care about your stuff). The porter made us walk to the back of their fenced gated area to get it, which leads me to believe it wasn't really done. I went back to the service department and they told me to come back as the tech already left. About four weeks later again stranded with a shifter issue with a trailer behind the truck. I tried to bump the shifter into gear to get the truck out of a entrance road, and the plastic junk broke. Needless to say, they wont warranty their already junk work. Along with the vehicle coming with 4 blown out shocks, a crushed oil pan, major oil leaks that they said were fixed. Lower ball joints were no good, radiator was leaking, front crank seal leaking, rear axels leaking, had over heating codes, and the drivers headlight bulb would not work. Battery terminals were also very loose and would sometimes disconnect from the battery while driving. They also never told me the vehicle was previously totaled. I highly recommend not going here.
