I was told that they weren't responsible for any damages made while removing my dash cover meaning if they broke my dash they will not replace it. I didn't agree but was forced to sign a waiver if not the airbag safety recall would not be addressed. It was chevys mistake for the recall to begin with so anything in the process of correcting the problem should put them accountable for. My dash had no cracks chips or any damages before leaving my truck there. After picking up the truck I was infuriated. my dash was cracked in several major parts and is the only thing you notice as soon as you get in. I could understand one crack but as many as it has now , it should have 100% been replaced. they really f***** me. It is practically pieced together. I'm hesitant to even wipe it down. because of their recall now the appearance and value of my vehicle went down. it's embarrassin. how is that fair for the customer.

They went out of there way on a busy end of the day to help us. Since they didn't have our tire in stock they switched our damaged tire with a spare at no cost. The service manager and mechanic were so helpful and made sure we were safe to proceed. They also provided connections we could check for my size tire. Thank you for your kindness!

I got the truck back from them roughly around 3:30 - 4:00PM with more codes than it came in with. I have attached scanned report while sitting in their parking lot. I got the truck back from them with all the plastic wrap in it, and all of their trash paper protectors covered in dirt (they don't care about your stuff). The porter made us walk to the back of their fenced gated area to get it, which leads me to believe it wasn't really done. I went back to the service department and they told me to come back as the tech already left. About four weeks later again stranded with a shifter issue with a trailer behind the truck. I tried to bump the shifter into gear to get the truck out of a entrance road, and the plastic junk broke. Needless to say, they wont warranty their already junk work. I wouldn't trust this dealership to service a Murray mower. Ford of Clermont is a much better dealership, as well is Bartow Ford. I asked did the vehicle have a PDI prior and he said yes. The next work day (Monday) I took it to a local Ford who verified my fear, it needs to be balanced and realigned at a minimum. I now have a F450 with 500 miles sitting in a shop in south FL because nobody has time to fix it. I have to install a 5th wheel, tonneau cover, and tint by next Thursday as well as prep my camper to pull it to Indiana. This was LITERALLY the only reason for this purchase and now my timeline is unknown. I will not go here again because the two issues listed are not the only issues...and I've not owned it a week.
