I didn't agree but was forced to sign a waiver if not the airbag safety recall would not be addressed. It was chevys mistake for the recall to begin with so anything in the process of correcting the problem should put them accountable for. My dash had no cracks chips or any damages before leaving my truck there. After picking up the truck I was infuriated. my dash was cracked in several major parts and is the only thing you notice as soon as you get in. I could understand one crack but as many as it has now , it should have 100% been replaced. they really f***** me. It is practically pieced together. I'm hesitant to even wipe it down. because of their recall now the appearance and value of my vehicle went down. it's embarrassin. how is that fair for the customer.

I got the truck back from them with all the plastic wrap in it, and all of their trash paper protectors covered in dirt (they don't care about your stuff). The porter made us walk to the back of their fenced gated area to get it, which leads me to believe it wasn't really done. I went back to the service department and they told me to come back as the tech already left. About four weeks later again stranded with a shifter issue with a trailer behind the truck. I tried to bump the shifter into gear to get the truck out of a entrance road, and the plastic junk broke. Needless to say, they wont warranty their already junk work. I wouldn't trust this dealership to service a Murray mower. Ford of Clermont is a much better dealership, as well is Bartow Ford. I purchased a 2006 Toyota Corolla mid April 2025 from Stan's Premium Cars. Yes, I know it's an…read moreolder car, but I know Corolla's are known for longevity if taken care of and there were only 140,000 miles on it. I purchased the car knowing that I would need to get some work done on it. I was told on the test drive that the mechanic hadn't had time to do an in-depth inspection. That was okay and trusting that the simple things had been taken care of. After an inspection and $1,500 in repairs, I was told that oil was added but the filters had not been changed nothing else had been done prior. I was just at my mechanic's to get the tires balanced and they discovered a 10 inch long gap between the car frame and the floorboards caused by rust, right at the seam. There is no way I can prove that Stan's Premium did or didn't know about the hole, but it's very obvious and out in the open. I met Stan and he seemed like a trust worthy guy, which is one reason I gave him my business. If Stan allows cars to be sold in this condition with a very obvious flaw to the cars body integrity, I would take his pitch of taking care of his buyers with a grain of salt. I would caution car shoppers to either have the car inspected before purchase or seek out a more reputable dealership (if one even exists).
