If I could give 3.5 I would. It was just okay. There were pros and cons. Pros: I thought the prices were decent considering other bagel places that are charging like 10 dollars for speciality bagels. I liked all of their drink options. They have almond milk, creamers , tea, coffee , all out and easily accessible (obviously if you purchase) but I really liked all their choices . Cons: our food took a while to get to our table . My friend ordered a sausage and ham bagel and I got a ham egg and cheese bagel. I asked for whipped cream on my bagel and they forgot it so they haphazardly whipped it on my sandwich after the fact and it was a really messy bagel. The workers were nice but this isn't somewhere that I would HAVE to go to again.

What a gem of a bagel shop! They have such a wide variety of bagels and cream cheeses, but what really makes this place special is that the water is treated just like in Brooklyn, New York so you're truly getting that authentic Brooklyn bagel experience right here. I ordered an egg bagel with pumpkin cream cheese, and it was bursting with fall flavor the perfect cozy combo for the season. My husband went with the Reuben sandwich, and it was so delicious that I already know what I'm ordering next time! My two sons loved their treats too, one got a blueberry muffin, the other a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese, both were amazing. What really stood out to me, though, was the kindness of the staff. They noticed I was having a hard time ordering while juggling my kids, and one of the employees came over with bagel dough for them to play with. That thoughtful gesture made my day and truly set this place apart. We'll definitely be coming back, this is our new favorite spot for bagels and good vibes!

Such good bagels omg. And the coffee!!! I'm a sucker for this iced coffee with the coffee ice cubes. The bagels are toasted to perfection and the coffee is delish. The staff is so so sweet. We loved it so much we came back the next day.

Great house made bagels, which is a rarity now a days. Meats were good quality and fresh. I would have given them a 5 but the staff seemed low energy, not unfriendly but if they stepped it up it would feel much more inviting. Older place but they were cleaning away (:

Will never go back customer service is horrible called for the second time to see if they had the mini bagels in stock when I got there the machine was broken the last time they didn't make enough so they ran out and then of saying thank you I apologize they were really nasty about it. I will never go back there again only went there because my little one wanted the bagel bites, but the bagels are not that good anyways so I don't recommend this place to anybody in the customer service makes it worse

Got their bagel variety bag. They are a good size. They have plenty of toppings and taste great. They have excellent service. When you walk in, the employees greet you. There's seating inside and out depending on your preference.

I love the concept and the Cubsta iced coffee with coffee ice cubes--you receive a cup of coffee ice cubes and then choose all your own inclusions including which iced coffee, milk, creamer, and syrups you want! Ordering was easy, and they have a nice easy to navigate menu, but unfortunately the bagel sandwich just didn't do it for me. I ordered an egg& cheese and added shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeño (each $0.49 upcharge) and scallion cream cheese ($2 upcharge). All the toppings were nice and fresh, they even use fresh jalapeños which is great, but I think where they messed me up was putting leaf lettuce (yuck) instead of shredded lettuce (fresh, crisp, amazing, yum). I think the egg could also use some work..some salt or something, or maybe a fried egg would be better instead of the scrambled kinda fake (like carton/powdered) tasting egg. Overall, aside from not thoroughly enjoying my bagel despite being hungry (and it looking oh soo good), employees are nice, I liked the Cubsta and it was a generally nice experience--but I'm probably not coming back or bringing anyone here anytime soon.

This bagel was $7 and it was just alright. I like that the filling is large but unfortunately the top of the bagel "bun" if you may didn't have the integrity to keep everything together so I got a lot of bites of just filling and no bagel. I do wish maybe there was a sauce or something added on to maybe elevate it a bit more to make the $7 hurt a little less haha. Also the temperature of the bagel wasn't hot it was like lukewarm which didn't make a lot of sense to me either. I think when a company is charging this much for a bacon egg and cheese bagel that it should be hot and a better bagel should be used. I would've enjoyed it more with just a little bit more of something. I would go back eventually but not anytime soon! My bagel also couldve been cut awkwardly so that could be the reason the top wasn't good.

There are small tables inside and they also have lots of outdoor seating, however their umbrellas were down and didn't make the outdoor seating welcoming. They were out of half of what we asked for and served us cold food despite us being the only customers in there. This last visit, my friend and I came at 11:30 on a Saturday. There were maybe 7 tables occupied, so not what anyone would deem busy but it was pretty hectic. There was no one at the hostess stand so we eventually approached the cash register and asked if we could be seated. They cleared a table and we sat down with our menus (that we grabbed ourselves). We waited for about 10 minutes while the tables on either side of us were serviced before finally flagging the gentleman who we'd spoken to at the counter and asking if he was our waiter. He looked around and then shrugged and said "Yes, I guess so." He took our order (we asked for 1 entree, a coffee flight, and waters). We waited for another 20 minutes while watching tables that came in way after us receive coffee flights and multiple entrees-- meanwhile we hadn't even gotten our waters. We finally went up to the counter to ask for water and our flight-- they had given it to another table. 15 minutes longer and we finally got our flight, another 10 min and my entree finally arrived. I ordered eggs Benedict and though it was warm (unlike last time), the English muffin was smashed flat. I thought it was on pita bread. It made cutting into everything a real struggle, but it did taste good. All told, we didn't get out of there until a little after 1pm. Perhaps 30 min of that was spent actively consuming what we'd ordered and the rest was just waiting and trying to get a waiter's attention. This place is in desperate need of good management. They were not overly busy, especially for a Saturday, but you could just see that nothing was organized and there was no understood approach. The staff was dressed in regular clothes without name tags or anything discernible to identify them as staff. It made finding help confusing and awkward. For the prices they charge, your customers should never be left waiting for an hour and a half or fending for themselves to get something as simple as water.

They're located out in Sanford which is a bit of a drive for me. Otherwise, I would be there everyday. I've been a fan of Quigley since they started as a coffee cart at Thrift on 46 years ago. I love seeing their growth & success with their own brick-and-mortar shop. The staff are always super friendly and the service is quick. We stopped in for breakfast this past weekend and got some of their baked goods and Jammy Sammy (Warm Biscuit, Egg, Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, and Habanero Bacon Jam). A very tasty sandwich and the jam makes it amazing! My go-to drink is usually the FL Boi (candied orange latte), but I decided to try their seasonal Lemon Cloud latte this last time (brown butter latte with honey lemon cold foam) which was like sunshine in a cup. I'm a sucker for anything lemon flavored and it was just as delicious as I'd hoped. My husband also got the Bear Hug which is a cozy chocolate cinnamon latte. You really can't go wrong with any of their drinks. Quigley is one of my fave hidden gem coffee shops in the greater Orlando area and definitely worth a visit!
