I've seen both dentists that go here and they have great bedside manner. The wait time does seem to vary anywhere from about 10 to 20 minutes. They do seem to be a pretty busy office. However they do a very thorough job so I do recommend their services. I only come here for cleaning so I can't speak on other services.

I have been going to Dr. Marte's office for about two years now and I have to say it's the BEST experience I've had at the dentist. The two hygienist I've had have been the sweetest to me! First one I had really made me feel so comfortable being there and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Sadly she ended up leaving and was moved to another hygienist and been with her for over a year now. And just like the first one she always making sure I'm okay and talks me through it. It would have helped to get it beforehand, and after. The dentist wants me to get $5500.00 Invisalign Braces for TMJ that I thought I MAY have. She didn't even examine me for a diagnosis. We didn't even discuss my Xray results, or other options for my clenching jaw. She just jumped to my 3 slightly crooked teeth. THREE! Really? They didn't even make my next 6-month appointment after 3 HOURS of appointment time with them. Everything immediately focused on my new braces. They even pushed me to apply for credit. When they asked me for my checking account information, I put the brakes on. All they did, was make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Cavities? I don't know if I have any. I will most likely get an appointment with someone else in 6 months. I really hate the way my appointment shifted. Seven days later, I am still feeling that vibe. I don't like it at all. Ruban kept calling me, even after I left him a message telling him that I will be seeking a less invasive treatment. None of which they discussed with me. Invisalign Braces were my only choice from this dentist. I told everyone in this office that I spoke with that my hearing is an issue, and please not to call me on the phone. My phone is ringing. The front office staff actually tried to tell me yearly x-rays were a law in Florida!! How ridiculous! As a matter of fact, the ADA now recommends annual X-rays ONLY after an exam is conducted and IF clinically necessary due to any concerns showing up in the exam. ADA recommends limiting patients' exposure to needless x-rays! I feel, as the other reviews indicate, this practice is only concerned with increasing their billings, rather than what is actually in the patient's best interest. Look elsewhere...

My right side the teeth didn't touch. Behind the upper denture is a pretty good sized gap. It's a constant struggle to keep clean. Within 3 months 3 out of 4 posts fell out of my lower jaw. I called Dr Trevasani's office when the first one fell out. They were supposed to call me back but never did, I left several voicemails. The 2nd post fell out. I called his office again. On this call I was told, "Dr Trevasani is no longer doing dental implants". Obviously a lie. I asked if his office closed down and was told, "no he's only doing wisdom teeth removals". Obviously another lie. 3rd post fell out and I called Dr Trevasani's office again. This time asking what I'm supposed to do. I asked if the office is referring past patients to someone else. I was told, "Dr Trevasani is no longer doing dental implants, just wisdom teeth removals". I said that's not what I asked. They said I needed to find another dentist. I have been to numerous other dentists who specialize in dental implants. I was told that the space in the back of the upper dentures couldn't be repaired. That I'd have to get an entirely new one made. I was told the bottom denture was actually MY original denture. Yet I was charged for upper and lower. 3 different dentists will not touch me. I'm looking at thousands to fix this. Please save yourself the money and aggravation by seeing someone else. I think you'd be better served getting a dentist who got his license from a Cracker Jack box. I've had nothing but pain in my lower jaw from the bite being so off. From here I will contact the American Board of Prosthodontics and file a report on Dr Trevasani. I was outright lied to. I had a consultation years ago and…read moreended up picking a different dentist for my front teeth crowns due to pricing/college student budget and wish I went to Dr. Michaelson from the start. I ended up having gum line issues/bleeding/ and color mismatch from my prior crowns and 3 years after the procedure I ended up back in Dr. Michaelson's office. Once I decided to move forward with my crown revision, he was very honest and straightforward with how I could best achieve the look I wanted, what my future with the crowns looked like, and timeline. They were also up front and transparent with pricing. Even though they are on the higher end price wise, the lab they used did an amazing job to match the color and it has now been over a year and my teeth have held up nicely. I was also very nervous for how long the temporaries needed to be on because of how bad temps have been in the past but these temporaries were not bad at all. For general dental visits: all of my cleanings were awesome/pain free and you could tell that they knew how to be careful with maintaining integrity of any dental work. Only experience that I feel like could be improved upon was X-Ray process. I have never been that uncomfortable from just getting dental images but they also got the most in depth photos I've ever had done so that could be why. Lastly, they always tried to accommodate my schedule and fit me in when they could. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Michaelson and his team. If I did not move I would still be going for my annual exams and any additional work.
