Delicious gyro on soft grilled pita
    Christy D.

My husband and I found this little shop in a strip mall next to Winn Dixie and it's a 5 minutes drive from the gates of Disney World. On the Apopka exit side. Super nice owner, nice small clean dining room . Do not let this gem go unnoticed. It's not super busy, the prices are great as well as the hospitality. My husband got the Philly w crinkle fries. He said it was perfect . Everything hot and fresh. I got the gyro w the Greek salad . It was more of an Italian salad but the vegetables were cold and crisp. We can not wait to visit Orlando again so we can come for another great meal. With it being so hot in Florida .. it's nice and cool in there too. Give them a visit!!

This place looked closed, but it really was a life-saving find. Indoor seating good for big groups of like 6. No outdoor seating. Service was pretty quick with taking our order, I think it took more than 10 minutes for the food (food did taste freshly made). . Chicken, rice, and veggie plate with pita bread. Was delicious and exactly what I was craving. The white sauce was more a yogurt base. Ordered carryout and they gave us utensils and whatever we needed

By far, the best Philly in the area. Food is always fresh and made to order. I come here way more than I should, but it's worth it every time! Amazing people and always clean.

Food was mediocre for boneless wings they are using breast meat which is tuff to eat where it should be thighs after the breading comes off It's impossible to eat the stringy meat gyro wrap was okay I don't like drums so I ask them to make it all flat and they said they can't do that ridiculous mind you it was only 5 wings there this is the 2nd time there won't be back prices are high and meals doesn't include drink stuff seem nice plenty of parking there

We had a good experience here when stopping in for a late lunch after leaving Disney's Hollywood Studios. We were starving and had seen the restaurant when stopping at Winn Dixie next door the night before. The place is small; limited tables on the inside with some outdoor seating in front of the restaurant. The menu has gyros, chicken and rice, wings, burgers, phillys steak and chicken, etc. with most all meals coming with a side of rice or fries. with canned and bottled beverages to drink. I got the Philly steak sandwich with peppers, onions, lettuce, mayo, and a side of fries. I thought mine was great. The portion was pretty big and I was very full after eating it. The flavor was good, peppers and onions sliced perfectly, steak was a good portion, and it was a pretty good sandwich. The fries definitely needed some salt but everything came out super hot and fresh with minimal grease. My friend got a Philly as well but with chicken. He said he liked it, but would've preferred to got it with no onions (he got no pepper, didn't think that onion came on it but he still ate it). After having a long day in a Disney park this is definitely what we needed to bring our energy back up. The service was good, friendly, and fast we had no issues with that. The place was clean, bathroom was locked when someone tried to pull on it. I would recommend for a lunch/late lunch or for a quick stop if you're hungry after a long day out.

Small restaurant, but everything organized and clean. We ordered the philly cheese steak and the chicken, was ok. Salad with mine was very good. Hot and crispy fries. Coconut ice cream, very tasty.

The most affordable restaurant in my area and very good food. Have been here multiple times for my lunch break and enjoyed my meal. Clean tables and restrooms. The staff are nice too. I never have to wait too long because my food comes out quickly. The gyro and fries were good. Will come again.

The food, although a little pricey, was absolutely amazing. I ordered the Bangin' Shrimp as an appetizer, which blew me away. The shrimp had a tempura fry to it, giving it a perfectly crispy crunch. The sauces that were drizzled on top helped to amplify the flavor of the dish. For my main course, I ordered the Shroom N Swiss burger. I love how thick and juicy the burger patties are. It's hard to find a good burger place that has thick patties, and The Whiskey delivers that meat. Another thing that blew me away was the mushroom that came on top. Usually, mushroom burgers have little slices of mushrooms, but this burger had a big fat slice of mushroom on top. And it tasted so good. This is a perfect atmosphere to come in, grab a couple drinks, eat good food, and maybe even catch a sports game or live music. Only thing I will say is that it may be a little loud for some, making it hard to hear conversations. But if you love a loud atmosphere, then this place is perfect!

I understand that there were many customers in waiting area. But rushing and disrupting every ten minutes was not ok. Bright lighting interior was pleasing to me. But to be honest; the rushing part was the most annoying. We even had coffee too. Try to tolerate the rush and intake caffeine for sanity. I've come here for my birthday. I already have plans for a visit when my family gets here in two weeks. Obviously, the food is phenomenal. I've also had the Smothered Chicken, Bee Haven Fried Green Tomatoes, and the Skilled-fried Chicken Paillard, which is what most of the staff recommends as their favorite dish. And you always have to get a cheddar drop biscuit. That's a non-negotiable. This restaurant is very popular and often gets quite busy, so I recommend to make a reservation as soon as you're ready. I was really surprised when I found this place was only eight minutes from our hotel, which was the Helios, and that it had abundant parking. On Saturday at 11 AM we were one of only a couple people in the restaurant, and the restaurant is huge. I heard it does get busy for dinner. Our waitress was so nice, whenever she left the table my younger son would ask where she went because he wanted to talk with her again. Almost everything is made in house and it shows. We loved everything we got. I got a Matcha cocktail off the brunch menu and it was amazing. Not too sweet and made with real Matcha powder. They do have a kids menu so my son got cheese pizza and it came with a side of fries or fruit. He decided on fries and the fries are delicious. We got a Caesar salad to share along with the steak and fries. The Caesar salad was amazing. The croutons were absolutely delicious and it was quite large so I'm glad we got it to share. The Steak Frites was also very good. It was topped with chimichurri sauce and the medium rare was cooked to perfection. The fries were the same as my sons fries and everybody loved them. They're skinny and seasoned with just the right amount of salt. After eating at the theme park, it is a joy to have high-quality food at reasonable prices. This restaurant is also beautiful and they have so many different types of wine on top that you can try. I really love this concept. It sends you text updates, and the technology is actually pretty cool. It can tell when you're not close enough yet and will tell you to check in once you're closer to the restaurant. There were 6 of us in the group, so reserving ahead definitely helped. I actually had to do it twice because we reserved our spot before we left, and by the time we got there, it had timed out. I checked in again, and when we arrived, the host said, "I see you checked in twice." He told us the wait would probably be about 10 minutes, and we ended up waiting less than that before being seated. Considering it's at Icon Park and it was the night of a game, the place was packed with a lot of hustle and bustle. I was impressed that we were seated so quickly, especially with a party of 6. Our waiter, Matt, was amazing, and the food was amazing too. We ordered what felt like almost every appetizer on the menu. We had the Cali Roll Stack, Parmesan truffle fries, crispy Brussels sprouts, spinach dip, and the vegan Gardein wings. The Cali Roll Stack was probably my favorite appetizer. It was so good, and it was made with real crab. Most places use imitation crab, and Matt even told us that's why it's his favorite appetizer too. He was absolutely right. The Gardein wings were surprisingly good. We ordered the Korean chili garlic and Buffalo flavors, and if nobody had told me they were vegan, I probably wouldn't have known. I'd never had a soy-based wing before, but I would definitely order them again. The Parmesan truffle fries were exactly what you want them to be, and the crispy Brussels sprouts disappeared fast. At that point, it seemed like everyone else was tapped out, but somehow we still had room to eat. We ordered the lobster garlic noodles, and they were amazing. They didn't skimp on the lobster either. There were big chunks of real lobster throughout the dish, along with spinach and garlic noodles. Definitely one of my favorite entrées of the night. I also tried the Key Lime Cider, and I liked that they let me sample it before ordering. It ended up being really refreshing and exactly what I was looking for. For dessert, we shared the brownie cookie topped with ice cream. Oh my God. I don't even like chocolate like that, and it was amazing. Yard House has never really disappointed me, but this visit was especially good. I don't know if we were just starving or if the chef was having an exceptional night, but kudos and hats off to the kitchen. Parking was easy too. Levels 3 and 4 of the garage were free, so there was no need to pay or get anything validated. Overall, everything was smooth from start to finish. Great service, great food, easy parking, and a surprisingly short wait despite how busy it was. 10/10, highly recommend.
