WORST dental experience I have ever had. I don't know how this woman is still in practice. Her work is rough, rushed, and extremely sloppy. My mouth was bleeding when I left her office. The crown she placed is ill fitting at the gum line and I can already tell I am going to have problems with it. I will have to go to another dentist to try and get it fixed. I have other crowns that were perfectly placed by other dentists so I have direct comparisons of quality work vs. her horrible work. The temporary crown placed by her equally horrible assistant was so sloppily done. It had excessive amounts of temporary cement that was cracking off in my mouth for days afterward. After the first couple of times I felt it happen I started collecting it in disbelief that there was so much. I regret ever walking into her office. I've been seeing Dr. Taitz for over a year now. I had an unfinished root canal, tooth pain and receding gums. She has taken care of everything and my smile is looking fantastic. This is not my 1st visit here. Today I was able to get in due to a cancelation. I cracked a tooth rather badly. After a through exam/ e-rays it turned out i needed two extractions in order to get a bridge. This was completely shown to me as why and how. As the patient care letter stated " Remember you just had oral surgery, and operation, be kind to yourself " followed by instructions and two prescriptions. She performed a very thorough cleaning of my teeth and I was conveniently out of her office in less than an hour. Totally botched my crown, destroyed my tooth. She should not be practicing. I had such I terrible experience I actually filed a complaint the board of dentistry. Her tools are old and dirty and disgusting. She is tough to the touch and always in a hurry. Her office smells like food all the time because there literally are people living in it!!! Not at all Happy with Dr. Taitz's office and clinic. Place and equipment were very unhygienic. She had no helpers and took about 25 mins just to sign the initial documents and start with examining. I get my cleanups every quarter and this was the only Doctor who was hard and hurting while taking the X-Rays with no proper instructions and yelling at me. She had to take one for each tooth and with no helpers around - she was taking forever and it was painful. I had to ask her to stop and left in between. read more

DIRTY, OLD, RUN DOWN UNPROFESSIONAL DENTISTRY...BUT am talking about the Work and experience I had. Never provided me Receipts of my visits when I asked to, always said we bill insurance...shady BILLED MY INSURANCE TOO MANY TIMES cleaning job of my teeth was not done correctly, she's not gentle with my mouth, Taitz always a Rush n water spray all my face too often, Am a current Patient since last year and I must say nothing positive from my first experience to now 4/12/2018..had a new crown made by Dr Taitz last year to replace my own crown, n it fell off the next day, went back in n glued back then next day I went off to Dinner in the evening with Friends was a Friday eve, crown fell off while getting ready...it was too late office closes..was so upset n embarrassed how am I going to make convo or smile...so weekend pass..Monday went in n cement back on then fell off again next day...then back to office again to fix then off to SF very next day for nye...very next day got to SF it fell off again. Was really upset since nye party had to attend the very next day n called my dentist Orly said just don't go to any dentist just go buy some crown cement over the counter since the new SF dentist I called said they can fix and bill Orly since she made the mistake because I must pay out of pocket for seeing new dentist however Orly didn't want to pay for her mistake so I listened to her advice, I bought otc cement...so cement crown on nye evening, went to nye party n crown fell from my mouth and disappeared n lost on the dancing floor worst this was my 3rd front tooth which so noticeable I was so devastated..couldn't smile all night ruined my nye. Came back had to do a second New crown since my crown fell n got lost. I told my story sounds funny but it was not to me due to my experiences. So she cement my old crown ( the one I had before start seeing her) with now the permanent cement so now I still carry the new second crown around in my car because m afraid when this old crown of mine gonna fall off also she could not remove my old crown to replace with the new one just made...so now as today 4/12/2018 am still having my very old crown on instead of New crown made. However I got a partial $600 paid for in Dec 21 2018..still to this day 4/12/2018 the Partial never fits right n I kept coming in for impressions and more impressions and more impressions to fit partial right...first she told me i should practice speaking with it but I complained at very first there is a gap n Thats why I can't speak right n it does not fit properly...so I got sent in multiple times again for this partial for more impressions..mind you it's been 31/2 months now..FINAL DRAW AND OUT OF PATIENCE today came in n she put lots of Fixodent in the gap so to avoid sending my partial back for adjustment..and shove the partial in my mouth before I could let her know It won't work because I know the Partial DOES NOT FIT PROPERLY as I told her from day 1 n too many many times but she always makes me feel Iike am wrong n doesn't listen to my complaints and send me out the office...however I Lost my Patience when too much glue spill out my mouth so much..and that was I had enough of this non stop nonsense..I had to spit too often n scrub my mouth with paper towels because too much glue sticking all over my mouth. I said this partial not going to work and am frustrated coming back non stop for fixing mistakes and need refund due they don't deliver...she said she can't refund due to Lab work Already done, then she walked out n left me hanging in the room with still mouth full of glue...didn't offer me any sort of rinse to help remove the sticky stuff. She just said wash your mouth n she walked out...had to walk in to Her Receptionist Leila n complained to her am not happy and asked for my invoice for partial and am not coming back since my experience was so poor. She told me to go ahead and will call me..so Am NOT RETURNING and I don't know why it's ok to Run a Business that's so Unprofessional and DOES NOT DELIVER... read more

Most of the good reviews are fake! Please do yourself a favor, check out the one or two stars reviews. This place is very old equipped. It's like back to 1970s. No computer, no digital xray, use only films. There are no computer related interfaces, of course no 3D scan. the needle to numb you is a long big large needle. It hurts like hell. And I have to take antibiotics just for the needle infections. The one all the regular dental office use is very tiny needle. The Taitz dentist and the assistant do not care how you feel. I can see the sanitized tools are not save. You are on your own. Suffering is yours. Now I changed to a regular decent dental office and cannot even imagine how this office have any patients or return patients. Totally believe most, not all the good reviews are fake! I looked up all the good reviews of this place and give it a try. It's absurd that this outdated, old dental place still exists in USA. read more

DON'T GO HERE!!! I had my teeth done at her dental clinic. Her assistant was rude giving me attitude about my name. I had a cavity done and the filing came off. I had posted a bad review before and she asked me to redo it and she said she said that shes willing to do it for a small price for a better review. I had moved to a new dentist and my new dentist said when she did my molar. She left my silver fillings in my teeth and covered it with the ceramic. Orly Taitz installed 2 crowns in my mouth for teeth 2 and 3. This was by far the worst and most painful dentist experience in my life, and I am 68 years old. The crowns were not the right size and Taitz forced the installation of the 2 oversized crowns into my mouth causing me excessive bleeding and pain. I really liked the front desk/assistant. She was nice and was able to get me in same day. The dentist on the other hand...horrible. Literally did not seem like she wanted to help me. Handed me a prescription for pain meds and referred me elsewhere after I explained I couldn't afford the treatment plan she was recommending. I just came from Dr. Taitz's office. I am very happy with the treatment. She did my full mouth exam, full set of x-rays, teeth cleaning and fillings and she saw my whole family. The office was immaculate. Dr. Orley and here assistant Lila were very nice and friendly. I did not have to wait to be seen. I was sited within 5-10 minutes, which I appreciated because of my busy schedule. Dr. Taitz took her time to talk to me about my treatment and my children's treatments. I liked white tooth colored fillings. Her fees were very reasonable and she works with patients in making payments. The most terrible experience! Staff was rude and unprofessional. Agree with the other review, staff is just a strange unprofessional office. The dentist talked the whole time which was uncomfortable because she has a loud voice and was sitting right by the ear. The utensils they used were not packaged as I've seen in other dental offices, which made it seem as if the equipment they were using to clean my teeth weren't sanitized. She did a filling and said I was done but did not even check to see if the dentures fit after her work. I requested her to check, and it turns out she had to do MORE work so the dentures would fit again. My bite was off and sore after her work. I went to another dentist who took a picture of my tooth and showed me that she didn't fully take out the old filing. She just put the new filling on top of the old filling! read more
