Had to fix some irrigation Issues in my backyard that previous contractor didn't come through on. Juan came by and took care of it and planted all my trees. My dirt has a lot of rocks in it, but they took care of it no problem. My irrigation is now on adjustable nozzles and has a scheduled timer. I included a very detailed description of the 4 services I needed completed. I was ecstatic about his 5 star rating and fast response b/c I'm ready to start service. He offered appointment this weekend and I added the appointment to my calendar and dismissed the need for others. The Orozco started asking questions about the job, as if he did not read my solicitation at all. He told me he doesn't or can't do 2 of the 4 services I need. He then apologized and canceled. I asked if he could do the other two and he didn't respond, just said thank you. Seems he's quick to jump on jobs, but may not always read the posting or follow through. I also notice there's no record of his rejection in Yelp b/c he asks for personal cell and email to continue conversation. He may be great. Previously I had used Orozco Landscaping to remove weeds, shrubs and debris removal from my property a couple of months ago. I had reached out to several other Landscapers to redesign my lawns but they were all out of my budget. He was very quick in responding to my call and Juan came back to my property and we discussed the landscape ideas I had and he provided some as well. Contacted Juan at Orozco Landscaping Services about a yard clean up in the front and back yard. My wife who is in her 70's was no longer able to keep up with the work and I am Disabled. Juan came out and talked about what needed to be done in both yards. Plant removal, General clean up. Trimming plants and a lot of weeding. This was no small job.
