YUM! 5/5 stars this place is a must visit in the Green Bay Area. Our wonderful waiter gave us a thorough walk through of the menu and it was evident that he had an enormous passion for the food they served. The truffle pasta ($28) and bolognese ($28) were rich and tasty! We loved the toasted breadcrumbs as they added a lovely crunch. Ah-mazing! That's all I have to say. First time here and everything was impeccable! We ordered the shrimp appetizer, barramundi, and the day's special - tenderloin! The flavors! Everything blends and melt in your mouth. Even the drinks are noteworthy. Very refreshing with bold and subtle flavors. An oxymoron, but it works. Quite an incredible place to eat with excellent options and fantastic service. Stumbled upon Orsetta while in town for work with the NFL Draft and couldn't be happier I did. The pasta was unlike anything I've had before (and the pasta bread with it was an absolute must). Loved the whole vibe of the place and the staff clearly know what they're doing. Admittedly I was very new to the Green Bay Area but didn't have much luck finding memorable restaurants. This was it. Credit to chef Kelly and all he and his team have put together. Chef Kelly is killing the restaurant game in the area. I would be a regular here if I lived closer. The flavors are truly not for someone who doesn't appreciate food. But could make someone appreciate food the way it should be. The dishes hit every box on every flavor profile that it should. Sweet. Salty. Savory. Buttery. Umami. Their wine list is also quite satisfying. I could not rave enough about the cauliflower dish and mushroom pasta. The vibe is great with tall ceilings and modern bar. The food was very tasty. First, we tried the cauliflower app. It was sweet and a little spicy. My husband had the chicken parmigiana and I had the buttered noodles with salmon. My husband liked his food and I enjoyed mine. The buttered noodles described it having chili crisp in it but I would have liked more. Wish the noodles had more of a sauce because it seemed a little dry. We had the brownie and the basque cheesecake for dessert. The service was very attentive and pleasant. We were situated near the bar area (near the entrance) and it was hard to hear each other. Would come back, but not on a Friday night because of the noise level. read more

Extremely attentive staff and very accommodating. 10/10 for the staff and service. Unfortunately the food does not live up to the expectations that are set with the beautiful atmosphere! We got two pizzas and the truffle pasta. The truffle pasta was a little dry, could have used more flavor and definitely more truffle. We also got two thick sourdough crust pizzas which were just okay. the topping and sauce to crust ratio seemed off and each bite was a little too dry. We did ask for some spice and the chef was able to throw some Fresno peppers on for us which was so nice. The service and ambiance is INCREDIBLE but the food leaves something to be desired. read more

Love this spot - perfect for a date night, girls night! The space. Cute cute cute. Super trendy, and slightly moody, which I love. They have a bar when you can grab drinks and eat, they have seating in the with the large window, and plenty of seating in back as well. It's a nice plus they offer reservations as well! The food. Oh the food. We are STILL talking a bout our meal. I cannot wait to go back! We tried thin crust sausage/mushroom/giardiniera, chicken Parmesan and carrot cake. Our favorite was the chicken Parmesan - the chicken was tender, moist and crispy. And the red sauce was TO DIE FOR. The thin crust pizza was awesome - never had giardiniera on a pizza and this was packed with flavor! The service. Service was great and around just enough! We ordered drinks which was great and an appetizer to start. The focaccia was perfect consistency but not enough dipping sauce. The halibut was pricey, upwards $40 for the plate and it was good but probably not worth the price. The Bolognese was tasty but felt like I can make it at home. That was about $25. We saw many pizzas being ordered and wished we would've tried that instead. We weren't wowed by what was ordered vs what was paid but we aren't knocking it yet, would love to come back and try the pizzas. read more

Had a wonderful experience at Orsetta while traveling thru for business. I recommend and really enjoyed the mushroom pasta....so full of great taste. Service from Jenna at the bar was personal and attentive. The restaurant is set in a beautifully restored older building with high tin ceiling and brick and wood decor that is warm and relaxing. Our party of 4 had the "Doodler" pizza (thin crust), Italian sausage, mushroom & giardiniera pizza (pan style), lemon butter shrimp pasta and truffle mushroom pasta. All were delicious. We had dinner at orsetta's a week ago on a Friday night. It was three of us - my husband snd I and our adult daughter in town for a visit. I had reserved a table in the back room thinking it might be quieter than the front room where the bar is located. It was not. We literally could not hear each other speak. The food was fabulous - we had the halibut and the duck and a side of focaccia bread - very delicious. Service was superb. Our suggestion is to try to do something to absorb the sound - carpeting, cloth wall decor, sound absorbing things on the ceiling. We'd love to return as the food was great - might try a midweek night and try the front room next time. read more

First off the service was fantastic. The Beef Bolognese was rather unremarkable. It did not have much flavor and there was very little beef in the sauce. My friend had the Salmon and specifically said she wanted it not too well done and moist in the middle. It came out extremely dry throughout the whole fillet. She was very disappointed. The Rhubarb desert was also lacking because the chunks of Rhubarb were about an eighth size of a pea. Could barely taste the Rhubarb. The one thing that was fantastic was the carpaccio. Really flavorful and good. I worry this place will be able to stand the test of time. Particularly if the food is mediocre when the prices are fairly steep. I want Orsetta to succeed because De Pere needs it. I spoke to several people that have gone more than a couple times and they all said early on the quality of the food was not very good, but it has gotten better since. As an example, at the beginning, the pasta was cooked through and through and was way too soft and mushy. Not al dente. It appears they may have fixed that problem. I hope it continues. read more

Absolute delight. We had a table of 7. Everything was wonderful, Pizzas, drinks, ...pastas- Highly recommend the pasta dishes. Both shrimp and mushroom pastas were extraordinary. The brownie dessert was incredible. And ... the Blood orange Margarino is a must. . Wait staff exceptional. In today's economic climate, it's not easy to meet consumers expectations- everyone complains they can't get help etc. Orsetta sets itself apart - totally exceeded our expectations with a warm friendly vibe. I was disappointed with my visit to Orsetta Craft Kitchen & Bar in De Pere. I went with a few friends for night out. The waitress was nice but needs to be more informed from the kitchen. As the scallops were expensive, I inquired about them. She showed with her hands on how big they are. When they came to the table I was very disappointed. For only getting three scallops (very small), they are over princed! They were about half the size that she said and they were VERY salty! I also went to the bar to get a glass of water. The bartender was ignoring me and continued talking to other patrons that were seated at the bar. Poor service! Definitely of off my list of favorite places to go eat! read more
