I went to Sit-n Sleep to buy a mattress today 12/3/25 and the woman that greeted us was more interested in sitting in the massage chair than helping us. She offered us the Sleep Analysis and as we were laying down to see what type of mattress would be best for us... my wife and I wondered how sanitary the pillows and test mattress was??? My wife mentioned it to the woman and she said ohhh the disposable sheets are right here. My wife says, well why didn't you put them on before we laid down, she said, you didn't ask. Then she tells my wife, you're not a very happy person. My wife tells her, that's rude and she proceeded to tell us if we don't like it we can go elsewhere. We went to Ortho Mattress!! So the Wife and I came in the other day, shopping for a new mattress, was greeted by a lovely lady, I believe her name was Lisa Marie, she was like the only person working there, so she's like the show room associate, receptionist, manager, secretary and who know what else? She was awesome, very nice, helpful and attentive, very knowledgeable on all the products that they're selling. The show room was nice and clean, well kept. To make a long story short, we bought our Cal-king mattress and everything went very smooth and pain-free. She's so rush and not professional. She even took out her phone and ask for translation on the mattress while she is the one who is unclear of what she's talking about.
