I bought a Serta firm mattress which is advertised as compatible with adjustable base which I also bought. After about a year, my lower back issue worsened and I got an MRI image showing a disc bulging. I checked the mattress and the line across the mattress where the adjustable base goes up is sagging. This sagging led to my lower back issue and its still worsening after submitting several warranty claims on this. I will update this review accordingly but so far I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. They rejected my previous claim just because I took the photo of the sagging mattress on its base. I had to get help (due to my back issue) to bring it down on the floor just to take their excuse away. read more

If I had to rate this experience solely on our Salesperson, Mark, I would give this location 20 stars! He was so patient, not pushy, friendly with our kids and worked with us two days in a row while we shopped around. He even worked with us after the mattress was delivered when we wanted different legs for the base! He goes above and beyond and I would come back to this store again mainly because of Mark! The one star deduction was due to the delivery. On the scheduled delivery date, we were given a four hour window ending at 7:45pm. The delivery was three hours late so almost 11pm and to top it off the mattress looked like it had been through a sawing machine. The plastic was slashed and even the mattress was slashed! Purchase was for my mom who has mobility issues and long story short, she found the bed and adjustable frame she wanted and we purchased same at a very fair price. What's additionally freshening about this store is they don't engage in any stupid, inflated pricing gimmicks when pricing their merchandise. What they advertise as the price is the "price," save for any promotions they may be running including manufacturer's pass thru type discounts. This industry usually engages in this type price pricing, I.e. even if the give you a 50% discount many times the pricing still isn't competitive.
