I wanna start off with giving this practice credit or credit is due. I know that Dr. Fadi Barhi is a good physician and orthopedist. However the way this practice runs is a nightmare. Almost 4 years ago I started receiving Care at Ortho One for a work related shoulder injury that happened in another state. I would come to these appointments once a month and I was never seen any earlier than within an hour of my actual appointment time frequently 2+ hours after my scheduled appointment time this would end up making for a very long day to say the least especially if I had my toddler with me due to childcare issues. My care was initially established with the PA Bryan, who I absolutely loved however, he kept insisting on wanting to redo every modality that I had already failed multiple times such as physical therapy and joint space injections. We went back-and-forth for about two years with Workers Comp only for them to continue to deny treatments that were already done and failed. At no point during this time. Did the supervising physician ever look at what was going on and say "let's stop this nonsense and move forward. She has already failed all of these treatments. Why are we asking to do this again?' Only after Bryan left did I ever actually meet the physician and he immediately recommended surgery however, at this point in time I became pregnant with my daughter and we were unable to do surgery. Over the course of the past 18 months, I've continued to go to this office once a month, and they never have any recollection of who I am nor can even be bothered to look at my chart. Someone always comes in to ask how my surgery went and how I'm recovering, not even realizing that I have not had surgery yet. Well, I don't expect you. You'd remember my name my face or my medical history. I do expect you to take five seconds to look at my chart and realize what's been done and where I'm at in the process. This gives me an absolute lack of faith in this practice and my care. I also want to mention that at least five times the doctor was out of the office and I never got a cancellation for the appointment so I wound up driving 33 miles one way for nothing. I know that dealing with the workers comp case is an absolute nightmare as a practitioner and even worse if it was an older case coming from out of state, however I feel that the standard of care fell far below the minimum that should be expected in my circumstance due to the incredible delays. I wound up having severe postpartum complications and now I'm not cardiovascularly healthy enough to have the surgery so during the two years that was wasted with request for repeated treatments that were already failed. A thorough physician oversight should have dictated that we would've requested surgery at that point instead of wasting time and now I'm stuck not being able to repair this injury until who knows when. I truly hope that the supervising physicians use this as a learning experience to know where they can improve and that the office can improve the time management because there's no reason that a routine appointment should go at least an hour late each and every time and that canceled appointments should not be notified to the patient before they arrive to the appointment read more

The office experience was a one for me. My first visit was in November 2025. Second, visit January 2026 to review MRI then schedule surgery and that was the last visit period! Surgery was never scheduled, phone calls and messages to office management were never acknowledged and deliberately not responded to. My care was abandoned. After all the time and money spent with Ortho One, I had to find another orthopedic surgeon! Finally, the procedure took place in late March and I'm recovering well. Ortho One reneged on its agreement and there promise to take care of my injury. That's why I rated this orthopedic practice a 1 out of 5. read more

I have never waited less than an hour to see the doctor. One time they forgot I was in the waiting room. I broke a wrist and have been here many times for treatment. They are always behind in the schedule even with early morning appointments. Today my appt was 10am. It's 11:20 and still havent been seen. Had to reschedule work meetings. I won't come back if I need ortho in the future. Also billing impossible to get a hold of for wrong charges. read more

Dr was in my room for 4min total.was in and out my room 3 times,never sat talked asked questions..NOTHING! left crying,upset,in pain with no answers no relief..thank God got another dr immediately after this experience..unless you want to be treated like cattle I do NOT recommend this office. read more

INCOMPETENT & VOID OF COMPASSION...and They Know It. "WE DON'T HAVE TRAINING HERE." A direct quote from Crystal the Phone Scheduler/Receptionist. It's obvious she was Clueless. I broke my hand while traveling, called multiple providers & asked a lot of questions to find a doctor who could render a cortisone shot same appointment if I brought in my x-rays & MRI recommending the shot. I drove an hour in HORRIBLE PAIN only to be turned away. "We don't do same day shots and anyway, the doctor is out this morning. We'll have to reschedule you for 2 separate appointments next week." They treat self-insured patients like deadbeat junkies looking for a fix. I was obviously in tremendous pain, repeatedly stated that I don't want narcotics, just a shot and I would pay in advance. They advertise for Pain Management & list 5 doctors but not one of them could give me a same-day shot, despite telling me on the phone that they could. I asked them to call and find me a doctor somewhere else (partner practice downstairs) who could administer the shot. Ashton, said, "We don't do that either. That's not our job." YOU Screwed up. YOU had a patient in excruciating pain. And YOU refused to do anything to help. These people acted heartless. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. No one deserves the garbage treatment the staff dishes out. read more

I was seen by Brian the PA at Ortho One. If my experience with them had ended then, it would have been great. Brian was awesome. I saw him for a broken elbow. He x-rayed my arm and put me in a new splint. He ordered 2 MRIs to be done within a week, and he wanted me to fu in 1 week. I began calling a week later and NO ONE would return my call. The office staff lack compassion! I called into the next week. No call back. I was offered an appointment 3 additional weeks away. My PCPs office called twice, which still didn't help. It has been a HORRIBLE experience. I had to return to the ER to get it checked and re-wrapped. Needless to say, I am going to a new orthopedic. read more

Listen, this is the first time I've ever written a yelp review. If you do not have any important paperwork that has to be sent to other doctors or your job, this is the perfect place. However, if you do need paperwork filled out, DO NOT come here. I constantly had to be in contact with them to fill out paperwork. When they would fill out most of the times it would be filled in incorrectly. I would even fill in some parts for them or write in the email what they had to put in case of any confusion and they would still fill it out incorrectly. I tried another method and said "you know what maybe I'm being annoying, I'm going to let them do their job and give them space" I was WRONG and now I'm panicking because I had to send paperwork to my job on Dec 28 because I am on leave and it is Dec 29 and still have not received anything and could potentially get fired because of this. So if you need paperwork done and still come here, call them everyday to get it done. read more

HORRIBLE. If I could leave zero stars I would. The doctor was nice enough but the staff is awful. My appointment was almost a month ago and I cannot get anyone to give me a proper receipt with my records so that I can send them in to my insurance. I have called numerous times and no one will answer the phone no matter which department I call. I have left numerous voice messages and no one has called me back. Horrible service. read more
