Not only did I leave feeling that I did not receive a thorough cleaning, but a procedure was performed without my approval or informed consent. I was then billed for that procedure. When I questioned the charge, I was threatened to pay rather than having my concerns addressed. I escalated the matter to the central billing department, and they acknowledged my concerns and advised me to continue working with the office to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the office chose not to do so. What disappointed me most was the manager's attitude. After years of loyalty and spending thousands of dollars at this practice,(my husband's teeth concerns are still horrible despite many crowns replaced here) ... I felt I was treated without the respect and professionalism I expected over a $100 charge for a procedure I did not authorize and did not believe was necessary. Especially reminding them to do only what my insurance covered. I have since transferred my care to Texas Dental office seguin. Although it is farther from my home, I gladly make the drive because I am treated with dignity, respect, professionalism, and kindness. Plus free teeth whiting kit for my loyalty. That level of patient care has reminded me what excellent customer service should look like. It's unfortunate that a long-standing relationship ended this way, but every patient deserves to be informed, respected, and asked for consent before any procedure is performed. He doesn't introduce himself, barely interacts, and often just walks in and out without much explanation. It honestly makes me question the purpose of coming in when I could just manage my trays at home and track my own progress at this point. I've also seen that others have had similar concerns. From what I've found, he also has negative reviews elsewhere outside of this practice as well, so this experience feels inconsistent and concerning. I really wish there was more transparency and a higher standard of patient care. At the end of the day, I don't understand keeping a provider who doesn't seem to prioritize patient experience.

I was told, "you should feel a pulling pressure, any sharp pain and lift your hand and I'll stop and we will adjust." So, we start. I grunt real loud and we stop, I get told I should've raised my hand and I apologize. This is where this issue starts, he gives me a third numbing shot for the area, and then proceeds to go right back to pulling. No time given for that shot to take effect, and instead I get to fully feel him rip my tooth from the socket. I tried to lift my hand, and stop it but he just kept pulling. I'm coiled up in the chair in pain, I'm sweating cause it hurts so bad, and we still keep pulling. Once it's finished he makes the remark, "I wasn't about to wait 30 minutes for you to be ready." Why? Who gets hurt by having to wait 30 minutes. I could've at least used fucking 4.

They mentioned implants are cleaned with a special tool. I felt ripped off. It is important the implants are done. I had one implant on the bottom she never mention to me. So I don't think she even cleaned to because she never changed tools. I don't know the dentists name but she was from India.
