Ortho Georgia....My review of this Group is stellar, and in contrast to the review posted by "Zack,"...which I find highly amusing. Apparently something didn't go his way and he is practicing his right of plain "Empty Rhetoric" I take nothing away from this group of professionals, whom know their trade and practice it very well. I should also make note that I too am a medical provider of a different specialty, so I may be just a little more keenly aware and have no need for bad mouthing a great practice or spouting more of that "Empty Rhetoric". I have a great experience full of praise for "ALL" of the providers I have had the pleasure to see and evaluate my problems or conditions. I have come to appreciate the ordering of diagnostics...to include x-rays, MRI's and CAT Scans as appropriate, "BEFORE" being see which aids in the treatment of my case...as well as the many others who may be in for appointments. I would much rather the providers have precise information before them to be able to talk to me about choices for treatment. Just to mention in short, Dr. Robert Thornsberry, Melissa Andrews, PA,-C; ATC, Dr. Winston Jeshuran and Chris Lutz PA,-C. I have no need to go anywhere else when I have such a selection of superior trained, caring, thorough, and skilled Physicians and providers right at hand. In my own mind and opinion, rather than try to bad mouth and bring down a practice because I'm apparently not happy...instead of talking with my providers to work out what is bothering me I question anyone who "DR. hops from physician to physician or practice to practice to have to two other "outside" or "two unaffiliated specialist" to seek fault or determine something else is wrong. Nothing wrong with seeking second opinions, but tastefully done and for the correct reasons. I again boastfully and proudly recommend Ortho Georgia and its "Team of Excellence" ...including all ancillary areas or departments to anyone needing precise, dedicated, skilled and a personal caring touch to improving your life and getting back to reduced and pain free daily living !! If I could give zero stars for this review I would. I went to Ortho Georgia to have a cyst removed from my wrist, and I left with nerve damage in my entire left arm. I was given a nerve block for the cyst removal. The nerve damage changed my life completely. The damage was so bad that I required surgery at Emory in Atlanta roughly 4 months after my visit to Ortho Ga. This should never happen. After seeing me for several months, Dr Floyd at Ortho GA told me that my condition was inoperative. He was my surgeon for the cyst removal. He did not perform the nerve block. I did not listen to his advice as I did not believe his assessment was correct. I knew I was getting worse and told him that. I had parts of my arm that I could not feel, and what I could feel was a burning sensation in my ring and pinkie finger. This sensation was very painful. 7 days after Dr. Floyd told me that my condition was inoperative, a doctor at Emory told me if I didn't have surgery that I would eventually lose full function of my hand. I was told I had a "poor" prognosis without surgery. All of this came from me asking Ortho GA to remove a cyst from my left wrist. From my experience, I don't believe Ortho GA actually cared for my well-being at all after the procedure didn't go as planned, and I certainly don't believe I got their best effort in helping me. In my opinion, this was something they should have fixed. Instead, they let someone else fix my arm and restore the quality of life I had before visiting Ortho Georgia. i had dr.timothy stapleton to do my knee replacement .new procedure called mako plasky.was schedule for the procedure and the day before the surgery he called me and stated that his colleague recommended for him not to this type of surgery on me.he assured me i will be ok.well the next morning of my surgery ..he broke my tibia bone.i was in a wheelchair for months and had a revision surgery done at emory hospital to correct his error.i still remebering the nurses talking about my surgery how he mess me up.i stll have our conversation about his colleague advising him on my phone.i have a rod in my leg that i didnt need but because he broke my tibia bone.lost lots of income at that time because of his error...sad..on so many levels i struggle trying to recovery.i heard he is retiring..i hope he think about some of his patient he mess up knownling.im still havind issues but a least i can walk..he also did some stuff that was not right..i know he know .so do i...karma is for real.very disappointed on all levels.... read more

I had a hand surgery I was nervous about in the past until I met Dr. Waldo Floyd lll and his amazing staff. I felt more comfortable after meeting with him and coming up with an awesome treatment plan. The surgery was a complete success and after I make a full recovery, I feel that quality of life will increase after the many years of suffering in pain, with limited mobility. The entire surgical experience was amazing. I met wonderful staff who took great care of me before, during and after surgery. Their bedside manners were astonishing and sincere. I will truly miss my doctor and his amazing team when I return back home to Anchorage, Alaska this summer. Thank you OrthoGeorgia for hiring the best of the best. Had an on duty injury and chose Dr. Thomas. I had to go for an initial exam, per-op then on 11-29-2018 for surgery on my knee. All three times I was treated very respectively. Each visit I was lead by a nurse to where I needed to go. Everything was explained fully and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Dr. Thomas was very good and told me all about the surgery he would do. All of the nurses,staff and technicians I saw before my surgery were excellent. Now I may be a big bad cop but I am scared of needles. When I told them that, they were extra gentle to the point I hardly felt the needle. The level of professionalism I received from everyone was top notch. I was seen on time like it use to be when I was growing up in a small town. Would highly recommend them to everyone! read more

Dr guy d foulkes is an executive partner in this practice. He is a narcissist and a completely immoral scoundrel. This man is a predator who has been involved in more affairs during his own marriages and with married women than you can count. He recently seduced a Macon nurse while providing flying lessons. He destroyed her marriage. He caused her to have near fatal and permanent injuries by crashing the plane he flew her in. He maintained his relationship with her just long enough for the statute of limitations to run out and dumped her for his next victim. Do not let this pig treat you for any reason. Dr Robinson is a FANTASTIC hand surgeon. Not even 2 weeks out, and my hand is 100% better. This time he relocated ulnar nerve at elbow, and decompressed the ulnar nerve at wrist. My hand was shutting (ring and pinky) Just closing if I was cutting my own hair, etc. Having same procedure to right elbow, wrist next month, and I have all faith that outcome will be the same. I am still pretty sore, as the wrist is not fun to heal from (what surgery is? HAHA) But not even on pain meds. Was off meds, and on motrin in 12 days. I highly recommend him. Dr. Dustin Hoffman is a master at his craft. He revised my knee that my previous doctor screwed up (not mentioning his name but he is in Columbus, GA). I was in so much pain every day I was contemplating suicide. Dr. Hoffman got in there and fixed my knee where I can walk on that leg again. Although other parts of me are still messed up, at least this knee is out of pain and that is all I could ask for. What an amazing doctor. If you need a knee replacement fix, you better call OrthoGA and ask for Dr. Hoffman. read more

I have multiple orthopedic problems and I have seen several of their doctors. I have always been treated with respect and kindness by the front desk receptionists. All of the nursing staff and PA's have been understanding and thorough. My wait times have always been reasonable and I've never waited over 30 minute.
