It's clear she's great at what she does - not only did the surgery go perfectly, but the staff at the hospital showed a lot of respect for her skill. When I told someone she was my surgeon, they told me I didn't have to worry about a thing because she was a perfectionist in the operating room. And that happened multiple times.

I was told that I wasn't able to schedule in person at the office and was provided with a phone number and extension to call. Called the number and put on hold for 15 minutes. Person answered and said I dialed the wrong extension. I used the extension they provided. I advised the person I needed to schedule an appointment with Doctor Tsay for a EMG and I have a referral. She asked from what office and I told her. She said that the office I provided wasn't compatible with their system and I have to fax the referral to them. I said I was just at the Plumtree location why couldn't I have left a copy. She said it didn't work that way. So how am I supposed to fax it over when I don't have a fax machine. Something has to give with our medical system and people need to do their jobs. The system is failing. It's ridiculous to have to go through all these hoops to schedule an appointment. It's a sorry state of affairs when GCHS cares so little for patients. and more for their minimun wage staff.

I had…read moremultiple fractures and nerve damage and was seen initially at a trauma hospital where I had surgery and hardware placed in among other places, my right arm/wrist. I am a physician and getting back to practice was a priority for me. But a few months later, back at work only a few days a week I was suffering terrible pain and my initial surgeon seemed baffled. Someone in my office referred me to Dr Segalman. It was a blessing. It turned out I had non-union of the bones in my arm and ended up requiring two other surgeries over the next year. I also need a surgery to release the ulnar nerve as the nerve, which was impinged, was causing me a lot of pain. It has taken many months of healing and physical therapy to get back to some semblance of normal. For that, I credit Dr Segalman. I found Dr. Segalman to be both clinically excellent as well as a caring and compassionate, and you just can't beat that combination. In Fact, I now refer all my patients who have upper extremity issues to him. I trust him completely and am very thankful that I found him.

Dr. Keith Segalman, is by far, the most amazing doctor that I have ever met. When I was 18, I was…read moreplaying oboe in college but a year later, I was told that my arms and hands wouldn't heal if I didn't give up my instrument. Frustrated, I moved back home with my parents and saw multiple doctors to figure out what was going on. It took me THREE tries to get the right doctor. Dr. Segalman ran many tests, ones that other doctors hadn't even mentioned in the past. Eventually, he did the Thoracic Outlet Syndrome test on me and it came back positive. Finally, I had a diagnosis. I asked him what the next steps were and he said either physical therapy or surgery. When I asked what he think would be best, the first words out of his mouth were, "if you were my daughter, I'd have you do physical therapy first." I was completely sold that minute. He would be the one performing my surgery but the fact that he wanted me to try a non-evasive way to get relief was an amazing thing. Unfortunately, PT didn't work. Next step was to schedule surgeries with him and he discussed the two ways he could go about doing the surgery and what to expect after recovery. I felt beyond confident with everything he said, and so did my parents. At the age of 21, Dr. Segalman removed my right first rib in May of 2013 and then my left first rib in November of 2013. Within two weeks, I was back to work and functioning like a normal human being again. By 2014, I felt like a brand new person. My arms didn't hurt, I didn't have any numbness or tingling, I didn't have to wake up 15 minutes early to get feeling back in my arms.. I was normal. And for the first time in years, I slept like a baby and through the entire night. He told me I was the fastest healing patient he's had from these surgeries. Dr. Segalman also performed surgery on my hand, to tighten the tendons that had loosened when I was an oboist. He warned me this was going to be more painful than having ribs removed and boy, was he right. He helped manage my pain levels in and out of surgery, he assured me the recovery was worth it and once again, he was right. He performed the surgery in January of 2014 and it is now March of 2016, and I haven't had any discomfort in my hand in a year and a half. It's the most glorious feeling in the world. Two years ago, I went back to Dr. Segalman to make sure everything was okay because I was experiencing new pain in my hands, which ended up being carpal tunnel. He re-ran the Thoracic Outlet Syndrome test and it came back negative, meaning his surgeries were 100% successful. What more could I ask for? I chose to live with my carpal tunnel and I do not regret my decision one minute. Dr. Segalman taught me ways to live with it, gave me advice and it worked like a champion. My last surgery was two years ago and I am now successfully living in California with my husband, awaiting the arrival of our first child. Without those surgeries, I doubt I'd be able to physically enjoy my pregnancy and I wouldn't have the strength in my arms to be able to carry her in the future. Without Dr. Segalman, I would not feel like the normal, functioning human that I feel like today. Thank you for ALL that you have done. You are an amazing doctor, surgeon and person!

I'm talking ankle sprains, ankle bruises, broken toe, injured wrist, injured fingers, acl surgery, lower back pain, etc. I love that the specialists, PA-C's, and physical therapists are all so nice. They're all knowledgeable and kind and have great bedside manners. The location is great. This location isn't even my closest office, but I love the gorge Quarry Lake views. The waiting room, patient rooms, and bathroom are always super clean. Most recently, I visited w my ggggf, and I loved the way they tended to her and made her feel comfy about an uncomfortable injury. Although I'm not looking forward to another injury, I do wish this business the best and will certainly keep my business there when/ if needed.

This is the second time in the last ten or so years that I have selected the Texas Station Clinic for treatment of my back. I was pleased with my program results the first time, therefore, when I aggravated my back the second time...it was a no brainer. I was able to obtain a perfect schedule for twice a week, same days, and same time for seven weeks. During that time, I also was given a prescribed exercise routine for home that was designed by Brian for my pain management. Now that I have "graduated" I am following a slightly more challenging home program that Brian developed to maintain my pain management and overall wellbeing. The location is HC accessible with plenty HC parking spaces. It's easy to find and adjacent to Sams Club and Lowes if you are feeling well enough to add some shopping into your routine.
