Staff was very nice and moved me till 11:30 same day. I was there on time THANK GOD! Only problem I had to bring my elderly mother with me. She has dementia and does not move. Staff was kind to let her sit out in waiting area. Once fine I go to get my mom and noticed she spilled her cup of water on the floor. I asked the lady at the desk if she could give me a towel to clean it up. Her eyes darted to me and I could hardly hear her say no she was obviously mad. She came from behind the counter with some paper towels and threw them on the floor getting it up with her feet. Seeing how upset she was I offered again to clean it up she glared at me and re focused on wiping up the spill with her sneakers. She was nasty and rude. Not professional at all. This would be a reason for me to go someplace else. It just wasn't that big of the deal she made it to be!

No hay por parte del Dr. Una entrevista una revisión de mi lesión y verificar si he tenido avance o no, ni siquiera por no dejar que solo pasara para saludarme y ni esto. Lo peor es que fui a consulta el dia 24 de diciembre y acudí por la tarde a recoger el medicamento y resulta que no enviaron la receta, el dia 26 me comunico al consultorio para reclamar el por que no han enviado la receta y solo me piden disculpas ya que se les olvido. El dia dehoy 28 de diciembre acudi a la farmacia y resulta que la receta la enviaron solo por 14 pastillas cuando el tratamiento son 90 pastillas, realizaron mal la receta. Lamentablemente esta es la tercera ocasión que me sucede esto. Yo cuento con una aseguranza, pero le he sido fiel al Dr. Ya que en un principio me ayudo bastante con mi problema pero la situacion a cambiado y no estoy recibiendo una atención de calidad y el pago es alto por consulta. She called me sweetie and within 2 minutes felt like it was her job to give me her "shpeal" as she put it about bring my CT scan and that I needed to do that and not always does their system work or can they log into Wellstar. I was trying to explain to her that it was an old CT scan and then she stated "Well then we don't need that and it doesn't matter" after cracking her knuckles and berating me. She was snappy and rude. My husband even was shocked at how she was speaking to me. I told her I would speak to my Dr about these matters at which time she just looked at me like I was being rude. She didn't realize at all that I have been in the medical field for 30 plus years and would never speak to a patient this way. She continued to talk to me like she was my Dr! at which time I again said, I will speak to my Dr about these things. Then she kind of laughed and walked out of the room with a huff. I did mention this to my very wonderful Dr. who was very professional and listened. I will stay a patient. Even when checking me out the MA came in, rolled her tongue over her teeth, cracked her neck with a head roll, and proceeded to ask me (thank God) yes or no questions about getting an MRI. Thank God I'm very well versed in all of this procedure so it was short. She really needs a class on speaking to patients that are in pain and new to the facility. And, she is NOT a Dr. she has no right to be acting this way at all as a medical assistant

Dr. Potts is a wonderful and very talented surgeon. I had a complicated hip injury involving a torn…read morelabrum and torn medius and minimus tendons. Other surgeons didn't want to do the surgery or even recommend someone partially due to the complexity and my age of 74. Dr. Potts never hesitated and was confident of good outcome. The surgery was successful and 6 months later I am very near 100% recovered. The follow up also has been great. I highly recommend Dr. Potts and very grateful for what he did for me.
