My house was built in 1924, and somehow they made it look brand new again which was beyond my expectations. They sanded everything down, checked the health of the wood, and even let us know where replacements were needed. They were also super thoughtful and worked with us on our color preferences and really made sure everything came out perfect. What impressed me most is how detail-oriented they are. Every step (from grinding and priming to caulking and painting) was done with so much pride, precision and mastery. They care and take pride in their work, and it absolutely shows in the end result. It is not a surprise why so many of our neighbors have worked with them. These young men are incredibly hardworking, respectful, and professional. PERIOD. Apparently Seth commuted over the 'hill' and would arrive early and leave early, but did answer all of my phone calls and we exchanged some photos. Unfortunately for me he decided to leave the company and I wound up working with Patrick Miller. I came in and sat down with Patrick and gave him the dimensions of the piece of custom furniture. You have to give a deposit and sign a written contract with the agreed upon dimensions and price and send it back before they will start on the project which is a good thing. Unfortunately for me Patrick could not envision the final use and sent me another proposal that would not have worked at three times the expense. I thought the hours burdened on my project were excessive and Patrick was late by a couple of weeks in delivery and did not even consider that in the final price. He indicated it took more hours than estimated to make. Apparently they like to cater to large projects by those whom cost is not a consideration. It arrived and was the right dimensions so it worked out for me, but the huge costs and delays would have me hesitate ever using them again. I think Seth might have worked out a better deal for me had he not left the company.

But it's mind-blowing that this company is anything but professional. They have no idea how to remodel a bathroom. They totally trashed my house. They told me that the bathroom is done except for installing the shower door, and the shower is ready to be used with a temporary shower curtain. However, my tenants told me that the floor was flooding. When I got to my house to see for myself, OMG, you will not believe what's been done to my house. Literally, nothing was done. They covered my window with the bathroom wall; the walls weren't painted, the floor was warping, and the baseboard was not installed. They damaged the hallway floor by dragging something. They left their garbage all through my yard, the porch, and my living room. From then on, I couldn't get hold of him. Before he disappeared, Ronnie assured me that everything was done except for the shower door. He won't answer my calls, texts, or email messages. I have never, ever encountered this much incompetence. When I tried to find his license status, I couldn't find the business on the California Contractors State License Board. Obviously, he is registered under a fictitious name. In order for me to correct all his mistakes and materials, it cost me $10,785. There's no way I could have foreseen the disaster I ran into. Ronnie was very polite and professional at first. The reviews were great. I hope that nobody has to go through what happened to me. Be aware!
