Master Tree beat all the other quotes (blindly), including the ones from Facebook Marketplace. Esteban showed up the first time to give me the estimate and explained that "a team" would show up, take all the necessary safety precautions, remove it in ONE hour, grind the stump on site (they show up with big, new trucks), and clean up. Well, they did just that PLUS they trimmed other trees for an additional nominal fee, removed other debris I had at no additional fee, and did an amazing job with the cleanup! Their office staff handled the scheduling, emailed me their liability proof of insurance, handled the billing invoice, processed payment and receipt with extreme efficiency! In short, they are professional, fast, and reliable -- they go above and beyond, and it's all done by a great group of nice, friendly people! If you use anyone else, it will be your loss!

Today James came out with his crew (Michael & Cole) and got to work trimming our ~20 palm trees of varying heights with an extension pole or a ladder and even climbing. Nice hardworking guys! The most amazing thing compared to our last tree trimmers - no visible damage to our palm trees (they go on a ladder as high as they can) and as he promised, they cleaned up so nicely that you would have never known they were here.
