Master Tree beat all the other quotes (blindly), including the ones from Facebook Marketplace. Esteban showed up the first time to give me the estimate and explained that "a team" would show up, take all the necessary safety precautions, remove it in ONE hour, grind the stump on site (they show up with big, new trucks), and clean up. Well, they did just that PLUS they trimmed other trees for an additional nominal fee, removed other debris I had at no additional fee, and did an amazing job with the cleanup! Their office staff handled the scheduling, emailed me their liability proof of insurance, handled the billing invoice, processed payment and receipt with extreme efficiency! In short, they are professional, fast, and reliable -- they go above and beyond, and it's all done by a great group of nice, friendly people! If you use anyone else, it will be your loss!

I've never had a tree service leave behind such gigantic gouges in my palm trees. If you use this service, insist they switch equipment so they are not harming the tree trunks.
