Alonzo sent this promptly. Alonzo was the most professional of the 3 companies that I contacted. He responded quickly, communicated clearly via text, and scheduled a visit to see our tree then later to do the work. He showed up on time both days, knows trees. He was flexible when I had a change due to holiday company. They have a nice chipper truck and set up in front of our home with tarps, cones. Extra credit for tidiness. Two guys got geared up with serious safety equipment and climbed in the tree like monkeys. They HAND PRUNED (I did not expect this) for 7 hours, lacing it beautifully. All 3 guys cleaned up the yard very well. Alonzo stayed through the day, removing fallen branches to the chipper truck and asked me for feedback after the trimmers took 6 feet off the top vs the 8-10 we had discussed.
