Ori did a great job. I had 4 locks for him to fix, and he exceeded my expectations on them. 2 of them are unconventional sliding doors that are not the typical locks. In fact, he didnt have prior experience in fixing them. However, he is a problem solver and able to take apart the lock system and figure out how to fix them. In one case, his problem solving capabilities really shined, and he was able to resolve an issue that other locksmiths were not able to fix or even diagnose. This is the worst place I've ever used. I wish, wish, wish I could've found any place else other than this place. They charged me $500 didn't cut a actual physical key, took two days and wanted to have an attitude about me being upset that all this stuff is not working after they messed up my dashboard.
