The best service I've ever experienced! I'm a real estate investor and property manager in OC and called them for an emergency lock changing on one of our homes in Garden Grove. They showed up on short notice and on time giving us a call and text when they were on their way. The tech, Nathan helped us determine all the locks that needed to be replaced and rekeyed and was able to work with us finding the most cost effective and secure way of doing so. In total he replaced 6 locks at the home and made sure everything was tested working before he considered the job completed. He was very knowledgeable and careful with everything he did. Where he went above and beyond was after he completed the job Nathan stayed at the home and helped us install safety lighting and secure the home so that is was safe. My wife and I went running at a local park, and I lost my car key when my gym short zipper broke. My house keys were in my car (which has an alarm), so rather than get a locksmith for the car, we got a rideshare home and needed a locksmith to let us into our home for the spare house key. I got locked out from my apartment and looked for a locksmith, I called to another company and they said that the price is 25$ - 45$ to get my door unlock and said they will be here in 15 minuets, I have waited more then 45 minutes before the locksmith showed up, than he started he started to say it's a complicated lock and now it's a different price, He wanted wanted to charge me 229$ to unlock my door.
