I built my own bowl with half jasmine rice and half quinoa, spicy chicken and spicy shrimp, cilantro, sweet chili sauce, and topped it with green onions, red cabbage, red onions, and carrots. I added kimchi--and let me just say, that was the BEST kimchi I've ever had. Even with everything in the bowl, it wasn't overly spicy--just perfectly balanced and soooo good. All the flavors blended together so well. I left completely full (with leftovers because I couldn't finish it all!). My significant other couldn't decide between two bowls... so he got both (no regrets ). He had the Tuna Boy--which he loved so much he finished the entire bowl--and added seaweed salad on top.
