Dr Oscar has been my kid's Dr for over 16 years. He is AMAZING. He is kind and listens to parents concerns. I have so much respect for him. It is just two sad that two of children can't see him anymore because they are adults now. From experience, I would say TRUST him with your child's medical needs. read more

Absolutely NOT a place id recommend I was giving the hardest time over my daughters test results the STAFF LUPITA IN PALMDALE hung up the phone in my face because I asked her to send me the results via text she heard that I was in the office in Lancaster and said they can give you the results then hung up as o begged her to send them via text the LANCASTER OFFICE ASSISTANT STACI ! She laughed in my face while continuing to talk over me once I felt extremely disrespected that she would laugh in my face and be so rude when all I wanted was my daughters results broke down to me so that I can know what's she allergic to and what she's now allergic to I will be switching doctors after almost 4 years with this office after today I don't feel the staff takes anything seriously literally laughing in my face while I try to figure out what kill possible kill my child or not just sick and unprofessional read more

Dr. Larrazolo is a kind, professional, and communicative doctor, but I have been really disappointed by wait times and lack of transparency from the staff in the office. I have waited at least 40 minutes to be seen for each of the three appointments I've had there. Today, I arrived on time with my child and the receptionist told us we would have a bit of a wait because there had been an emergency. No problem. After waiting an hour and ten minutes (with my preschool-aged child stuck in a room), I checked in with the receptionist. She then informed me that it would be another 45 minutes before we would see the doctor. When I expressed my frustration and shock, she looked at me like I was being unreasonable. Why the receptionists wouldn't have told me to expect to wait TWO hours up front, is beyond me. I would have happily rescheduled the appointment from the start. Instead, Dr. Larazzolo has lost two patients in my children. I hate to write a negative review, but I assume this is the only way the message will get through and hopefully his clinic will have more respect for patients' time in the future. read more

Dr Larrazolo is a fantastic doctor. He is very kind and always takes time to hear the parent concerns. He makes the child feel seen and heard. I appreciate how he tries natural alternatives before trying to prescribe a bunch of medication. *He is bilingual* I would love to give him five stars but the office staff were terrible. Do not go here they are the worst especially the staff they are not helpful not considerate my son is sick from a cold and they refuse to give him a note for school because he has to be seen and when I try to make an appointment they told me nothing is available the staff are rude even hung up on me the first time I called do not recommend this place if you don't wanna be treated badly read more

We had a great first physical with Dr. Oscar. He took ample time to get to know my son and his health history. The office was clean and the staff were nice. Our nurse was patient with weighing and measuring my son as well as getting him up-to-date on his immunizations. My only suggestions would be to allow me to fill out all the redundant paperwork online. There is a portal we have registered for so I'm hoping we can also book his next appointment there as well. read more

My son will be 2 in February and I'm sooo happy i got Dr.Oscar as his pediatrician! He takes his time with him and my son never cries with him. The staff is usually able to book same day appointments which is great. I love that he's bilingual too! He's so respectful and always up to answering all my questions/concerns. I love that he seems to remember who my son is and his health history, not like other drs, Dr.Oscar actually makes parents feel like he cares and loves what he does! read more

Dr. Oscar is so good with my baby and my baby loves him. He treats him kindly and checks him carefully and not aggressive at all. He is knowledgeable and knows what to reccomend (i.e. a specific lotion for my son that was has patches of eczema). He treats me and my husband with respect and truly feel he cares about the wellness of our child. Always respectful and polite and answers all questions we have. I love how he asks us if we have any questions because it makes us feel like our concerns mattwe to him and he takes the time with our son and isn't in and out like other offices. The wait isn't terrible but I'd like to be able to get same day appointments if my son is sick but I understand because he is a great doctor that is booked up. Recommend definitely read more

Don't go here whatever you do! First of all they make you wait in the room for 2 plus hours just to see the doctor. You go into the waiting room and notice no one waiting. That is because they put everyone in their own room while you wait for a doctor. I switched back to Kaiser specifically because of this. If you have medical you can still get Kaiser. Second I went in today to get the records for my son and I didn't have a mask. The lady behind the desk first of all is never wearing a mask when I go in. Then she puts it only over her mouth keeping her nose exposed. They have given me a mask just a couple weeks ago and knowing I didn't have one I figured she would give me one when I went in. So o asked for a mask. She stated she didn't have one so I would have to literally go outside CALL them and ask for the records and they would print them out for me. I was like what? I have no problem waiting outside however here is my information just take the information and print up the records for me and I will wait outside for that. Why would I need to go outside and call when she can literally write the name and information down faster for me. I told her my baby is in the car with my daughter so just take the info. She proceeded with a nasty attitude and started talking to me like I was her child. I asked her why she was being such an ass. Because I told her that she was like ok fine I won't talk to you anymore. She got me so upset. On top of everything the patient that went in had literally NO MASK ON! Like what? You are letting patients in with no mask to wait 2 hours for a doctor but you can't simply take down my sons name and have me wait outside. Another skinny girl with blonde hair came out and started acting like she was thuggish. She was telling me I am putting everyone at risk with no mask on all while her mask wasn't even on her nose. I called both of them on their no mask wearing. The girl behind the counter said it was fine that she doesn't wear a mask when I come in the office but I have to. Then the blonde on with her mask only on her mouth said oh it's because I am talking to you it is falling off of my nose. She went to the door and SLAMMED the door open so loud and said to get out. I told her no you can't refuse my sons records and that I will step out when they get my sons name down and have me wait outside. Finally one of the doctors came out and told her staff to calm down. She stepped outside with me to get the information. It's ridiculous they wanted me to step outside and call. It made absolutely no sense whatsoever. ESPECIALLY when I catch half the staff with no mask on. Plus don't forget the other lady went in with her child and she had NO MASK ON! I'm so glad I switched back to Kaiser. The way this staff treated me today was uncalled for. She didn't have to be so rude about it and she could've simply taken my sons name and asked me to wait outside. However she was on a power trip over the mask that she wanted me to CALL them when I was already right there. Come to find out when i stepped outside she had already printed up my sons information because i kept repeating myself. She just wanted me to call them it's ridiculous. Just save yourself the time and aggravation and find yourself a better doctor. read more

There isn't enough good things I can say about Dr. Oscar. He is the absolute best pediatrician I could ever choose. As a parent it is a great feeling when a doctor listens to you and treats you like your opinion matters. I wouldn't take my girls anywhere else. Today we had our first appointment with Dr. Larrazolo. We were referred by the on call pediatrician at the Women's and Infants Pavilion after our daughter was born due to elevated bilirubin. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Oscar. He approached us in a very warm and inviting manner, which made a world of difference. He took his time answering our repetitive first time parent questions & giving in depth explanations without batting an eye. He was very gentle and loving with our daughter. You can see it in his aura that he really loves what he does. I would definitely recommend him. We will be back for our babies 2 month check up. Thank you Dr! read more

I was going to this doctor since my children were born. When I had my third child there was an accident and this doctor had to report it but he also called the police on me to make sure that my children got taken from me. I am not a perfect parent but I know I did not deserve watching my children go through what they did because I made my first mistake on being a parent. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone that is human and makes mistakes. read more

Such a caring pediatrician! Dr. Oscar truly takes his time to hear my children out. They love going to him because it gives them such comfort knowing he truly cares about them. Dr Oscar is outstanding! Love his genuine compassion for his patients, he is very attentive, takes his time, listens and is extremely helpful and will go out of his way in providing information regarding any concerns. The only downside with such a great doctor is that his office has on a few occasions been overly busy to the point that it will have been an hour past our appointment and my kids haven't been seen yet. Also their ability to accommodate a same day appointment can be disappointing; I've had to take my children in to urgent care for an ear infection because they couldn't get me in when of course I would prefer their primary pediatrician see them. read more
