    Wings and loaded fries

We came here after visiting Estes Park. We were a little hungry and this places looked good. They had a special going $1 per wing so we split 12 wings, 6 with buffalo and 6 garlic spicy. We also ordered the loaded fries. It was all very delicious. We dined on the balcony overlooking a park which was very nice. Our waiter was very friendly and took good care of us. The beer was cold, food was great and the company was fantastic. Great times!

Great place to stop at on your way out of Estes Park. Plenty of seating and friendly service. Food was decent but lacked a bit of flavor. Restaurant had 3 levels and a great vibe.

Dales and Dales IPA. They are more different than I would have thought.

Designated Dales is a pretty good near beer. The "Realest" near Pilsner with a nice slightly fruity flavor and none of that chalky aftertaste that NA beers are know for. Also, the OG Dales and Dales IPA are more different than I realized.

This is our go-to spot in Lyons for the most part. The service is usually great, very friendly. The food is good as well, but the flies were kind of crazy this summer! Love the drink selection and we'll keep returning!

We were passing through this cute town and stopped to eat here. My husband heard it was good. We had the hazy IPA's and a taster of the raspberry blonde. They were both delicious. We ordered the smoked wings with sauce on the side. They were SO GOOD! They didn't need sauce with them. Then were ordered the green chili soup and their special, pozole. We shared both soups and couldn't decide which one was better. They were both terrific. The staff and waiter were very friendly. If we ever travel in this area again, we will come back.

Cooler full of fresh cold Beer to buy!

We tried Oskar Blues Grill after a 20 mile bike ride. Great place to grab a cold beverage & lunch with some friends. Our table enjoyed the Prime Rib Sandwich, The Happy Hippy Sandwich, House Salad w/cup of Gumbo soup & Salad w/ Grilled Chicken! All excellent choices for lunchtime; we enjoyed fresh Oskar Blues draft beer. Our waitress CC was very attentive and efficient for our orders. Would definitely go back.

After 20 minutes of no server coming to our table, we got up and left. It was clear we were not the only people who also experienced this.

Just so-so food, burnt fried pickles and most items lacked flavor, ambiance was meh but service was pretty good.

The beer was so nice I ordered the same one twice!…read more I put in 20 miles hiking Rocky Mountain National Park in a day a half. I slept about 4 hours the night before to make it early for sunrise. To say that a few tasty beers were what the doctor ordered would be the understatement of the century! None of this matters, of course, to the good folks at Rocky Cut Brewing Company. This is off the main drag of Estes in an unassuming strip plaza. Humble vibes inside, a simple U-shaped bar top with seating all around, a few smaller tables, a community table, and a large patio with mostly picnic table seating. If you're lucky, snag a stool right along the Big Thompson River! Though, I recommend they fix the wooden placeholders for beers, they're leaning on the wrong side of history, we don't want any full glasses of beer reaching an unnecessary demise! Interference IPA * American IPA * 6.7% * 16oz ($7) From their website: "Climbing the Interference Boulder in Rocky Mountain National Park requires strength and power. This Colorado IPA showcases the power of hops with an intense blend forging citrus aromas with a pine forward finish. Featured ingredients: Cascade, El Dorado, Mosaic, Chinook, & Simcoe hops * Recommended adventure: hiking Black Lake, climbing the Twin Owls, skiing upper Hidden Valley." A perfectly apt description. I would summarize this beer just as they did, focusing on hops, citrus, and pine. Absolutely delicious, a memorable IPA in recent memory. I liked it so much I ordered it again and it tasted just as delicious the second time down! They also had a food truck outside, so safe to assume they do this often. Would love to try more of their beers during my next visit. Rock Cut, I see you!

The core original beers are good, but not much new is happening at Rock Cut. Why mess with success, I guess? Because it would probably piss off the folks that were trying to change the paradigm when they started, that's why.
