I have to say. I was a little apprehensive about all the 5 reviews. Do they pay their customers? Are they just that good? No dentist chan be that good. Let me assure you they ARE that good!! I have major dentist phobia. Like irrational fear of going to the dentist. Every single person there made me feel at ease and was hands down the BEST experience I've ever had at a dentist office. I had to have a crown prepped and a cavity filled. To many that doesn't sound like much. For someone like me that's like doing a marathon without any training. I walked away thinking I'll never go anywhere else. I saw Dr Zander and he was awesome. He talked me through just enough to that I knew how long the drill would be going but not enough that it freaked me out. They did the crown prep and then printed my permanent crown and put it on in about 35 minutes. One and done appointment. If you've been looking for a new dentist this is it. I don't even live in enumclaw. I drive 35 minutes to get there and it's worth it!! read more

My previous dentist told me there was only one way they were willing to extract my tooth but it would also adversely affect a crown and partial. I went to Ossman Harding for a second opinion. They extracted the tooth with no problem. I've also had a teeth cleaning and am so impressed with the staff and care I've received. Definitely my new dentist! read more

The front desk staff are caring, kind and compassionate. The dental assistants, as well as the doctor that I encountered for my care (Kenzie & Dr. Zander) were so pleasant and accommodating. I've never had such an expedited and no-nonsense visit and procedure in my history of dental care. Dr Zander had a most compassionate bedside manner, as I was in tears with incredible pain. The extraction (my choice) was so incredibly fast, that my years as a dental assistant seemed so unnecessary (overly fussy) in what we were taught 30 years ago. I'm healing up immensely well and I'm soooo grateful to no longer be in pain, especially the fact that we warded off the infection from leaching into my sinus cavity! From the time you walk in the door you are greeted by excellence. The waiting room is warm and inviting, comfortable seating, warm interior tones, ample staffing with warm welcoming attitudes, top of the line technology, and smooth check in process. This dental office even smells nice, and more akin to a spa environment. The Dental Assistant, Andrea, was top notch, so kind and thorough. I saw Dr Zander and Dr Ossman and they were awesome as well as Hygienist Leslie. They even offer services like Botox below standard market price. I highly recommend this office 10/10. read more

I love this place. I have had some bad dental experiences but they have consistently provided great service to make me feel more at ease and I absolutely appreciate their genuineness. They just remodeled and it's absolutely beautiful inside (not a requirement for a good dentist but it was calm and beautiful). They had no problem with me having nitrous to help with my dental work, they are great with communication, and their insurance people reached out to let me know they could help me file an appeal to help get items covered from the previous dentist that didn't do things correctly. They have gone above and beyond and I super appreciate them! read more

Ok, I am so glad I found d this Dentist years ago, I just had a cleaning and it was fast and easy. Plus they have all the new cool stuff - like for example I had a tender spot in my mouth, they took a digital picture to look for any differences between visits. Had my first cleaning and a frenectomy procedure yesterday and it was the best experience I have had at a dental office! The hygienist was very gentle and informative through my cleaning and anesthetic and Dr. Zander talked me through the steps of the frenectomy and together they both made me feel calm and confident about the procedure. I've used this dentist office for a decade- took the kids there too....,but today they really went above and beyond. I'm constantly breaking crowns and veneers - after losing a 15 month old veneer this month. I went back and they made a brand new- for no charge. Greatest dentist office I've ever been too. Family like atmosphere. Harding was my initial dentist and he was wonderful. I've never had a dentist personally call me after a procedure to make sure I'm ok. I've been seeing ossman for 2 years now and she carries on that tradition of personal care.
