I went over 15 years without going to a dentist due to fear after a bad experience with oral surgery. Last year I broke my tooth and had to go. I called Sunrise because they were the closest. They were busy but I was in pain so they said "just come now". Everyone was so kind and accommodating and they fixed me up right there. Over the next year they got my oral health all back on track after my 15 year break. Yesterday I had the oral surgery that was started 15 years ago finished. I had so much anxiety going into this that I almost canceled a few times. It actually ended up being a good experience. They were quick. They were kind. I experienced no pain and 24 hours later my recovery is going very well. It even cost less than the estimate when I went to pay, because according to the receptionist it was easier than they expected and had quoted. This office is kind, honest and highly skilled in what they do.

Horrible insurance billing and communication. I was told my insurance was accepted and was even…read moregiven an estimate that stated the cleaning would be covered fully by insurance. 3 months later I get a bill for over $100 for that visit. When I called to ask about the bill, the front desk said that the provider they booked me with that day might not have been covered. When I asked why that wasnt communicated with me, they said they could just put a note for next time. They do not let their patients know if the "provider that day is covered by your insurance" and then send surprise bills.

She was rude at two different facilities and the team booked me for an orthodontist appointment when you can't do anything without a dentists approval (come to find out, even though the orthodontists have the same education on that side they won't green light you, which feels like an unnecessary hoop to jump through), aka the appointment was pointless. Hope refused to give me her manager's contact number because she didn't want me to have an easy way of accessing them and proceeded to be even ruder. Not sure why anyone would allow her in a customer facing nor leadership role.
