I have major dentist phobia. Like irrational fear of going to the dentist. Every single person there made me feel at ease and was hands down the BEST experience I've ever had at a dentist office. I had to have a crown prepped and a cavity filled. To many that doesn't sound like much. For someone like me that's like doing a marathon without any training. I walked away thinking I'll never go anywhere else. I saw Dr Zander and he was awesome. He talked me through just enough to that I knew how long the drill would be going but not enough that it freaked me out. They did the crown prep and then printed my permanent crown and put it on in about 35 minutes. One and done appointment. If you've been looking for a new dentist this is it. I don't even live in enumclaw. I drive 35 minutes to get there and it's worth it!!

Eventhough I told the Dr I needed extra novacaine, he didn't listen. He was so rough with the 2nd injection he caused me to scream with pain. I've been to plenty of specialist, so I know how rough he was. I had to argue with person responsible for insurance claim because he insisted insurance wouldn't cover any of procedure. They also wouldn't bill both my insurances. Turns out DeltaDental paid some of it so I had been billed almost $300 more. I had to call & get reimbursed. They only sent me part of amount so I had to call again! Then I had to submit another claim to Humana Dental when I found out they covered the extraction. The check for $436.77 incorrectly sent to Seattle Oral & not Mr since I paid for procedure out of pocket. Seattle Oral cashed check, never notifying me. Now I'm trying to get in touch with whoever handles this, after sending email, voice-mail, speaking with reception. I was told I'd hear back this morning & haven't yet. They've now kept my money 3x! I wonder how much money they've kept from other people​​

Dr. Bailey did our consult and was friendly and personable immediately, setting my son at ease about the process. Because we were to be traveling close to the scheduled day of extraction they moved our appointment up by a week to allow for my son to have more recovery time and got us in the day after our consultation! The day of the procedure they took my son back and reiterated how the process would go. Dr. Ben and his team took great care of my son. They were done sooner than expected and my son was awake and doing well. The take home instructions were easy to follow and they sent us home with all the tools we needed for a successful recovery. My son did great and they were so patient with all my questions and concerns about taking him home. They followed up after a few days and reminded us on next steps.
