We just tried the pool key and it doesn't even open the gate... The guy that originally set up our lease agreement is the only person who has been kind enough to help us with anything, even though its not his job but he seems to be the only one capable of being competent enough to do anything. Before moving into the apartment in February of 2018 a formal complaint was submitted to corporate concerning the racist profiling from the property manager. The manager has never been pleasant and refuses to speak directly to me. If I am trying to speak with her regarding the property or unit she will ask the assistant manager who is a woman of color to tell me her responses as if I am not in the room. For examhave asked that the groundskeepers trim the bushes and keep up the ground regularly around the buildings and pool. This was a reasonable request. After all, the name of the community is "Mansfield on The Green". After going to school, obtaining multiple degrees and certifications it saddens me to see that some people still see African American men as threats. In addition, becoming a prominent figure in the community I would have never expected to relocate back to Texas and experience such treatment. My hope is that no one experiences this level of disrespect, but that all African Americans are treated equally. As long as this manager is at the property I would not recommend Mansfield on The Green to anyone.

Again, they are too removed from the managing of at least one of their malls. I'd like to say, drive by their Fox Valley Mall to FARNSWORTH AVE. There is a mall on the north side of the street, where parking is veryselling difficult. The Fox Valley Mall has free parking all over. The parking lot is nothing like it used to be, and with their management is very removed from what is happening there. Just look at the Fox Valley Jewelry and Watch Repair business reviews at their mall, and you should see what I mean.
