The local community should be thrilled by it's existence and the quality of fare. Strong points: the sushi rice is perfectly seasoned with mirin. Not too sweet, barely a hint which is perfect. The temperature and texture of the sushi rice is 100% on point. We had the toro (tuna) and sake (salmon). INCREDIBLY FRESH. The sushi man is generous with his slices. The accompanying usual ginger and sesame dressed salad with miso was perfect. The couple sitting next to us were sharing the lightest, crispiest and non-greasy tempura I've seen outside of Japan or Korea. This is a Korean-owned sushi-ya.
