DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER! I have never had such a…read moreworse experience while purchasing a vehicle. I drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My salesman did not want to sell me the vehicle i purchased, did not show me any feature or anything about the vehicle. I chose to buy the vehicle anyway, upon delivery the driver seat was completely busted. I reached out to the sales manager and i was promised the seat to be fixed. The sales manager also expressed i needed to return the license plate i was given with the sale of the car. (Because they charged me wrong for it) even though at this point the plate was in my name. The vehicle was driven 2 hours back to the dealership to have the seat fixed. After 1 week of the vehicle being in the possession of the dealer my salesman reached out and said the vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup and again asked for the license plate to be returned, so i came to pickup the vehicle (2 hour drive) and returned the license plate. I arrived and my seat was not fixed. The dealer apologized and wanted to "make it right" so they again offered to fix the seat and added the offer of a complimentary detail. Now after the dealer has the car in their possession for 2 weeks i am again told the vehicle is ready. I get the vehicle (again) and 4 screws were drilled into the underside of my seat and no detail or wash of any sort. After receiving my vehicle back from being "fixed" i now notice the transmission shifts very hard upon start up. Another thing i have noticed with the vehicle since purchase is the instrument cluster appears to have been replaced with one from a completely different vehicle. I am disappointed, i bought this vehicle as a gift for my father. The vehicle appeared to be a gently used reliable suv with low miles. This dealership is in the deal of bad business. They will tell you what you want to hear just to waste your time, and your families time.

I have had the pleasure of working with Danny many times throughout our history of going to Colonial. Many, many years ago the owner Ralph was so kind to allow my father to return our recently purchased Kia when we went through financial troubles. We never forgot that interaction and to this day we are life long Colonial customers. Can't recommend them enough. Huge thanks to Bill in the service department. He remembers all of the details of my purchases. Who can say that they enjoy going to take their cars to get serviced? We know we will always get the best deal and will never be taken advantage of. Colonial Autos is the epitome of what an exceptional customer service model looks like. Thank you!

All of the vehicles are priced with a no haggle price which is nice because you know the price you are paying. We selected a 2018 Toyota Highlander and traded in a 2017 Chevrolet Spark and received full trade in value and then some. Our salesperson Bob "the bald guy" Romeo took us through the buying process. Bob was very courteous, attentive and responsive to our needs in all aspects of the purchase. The process was very smooth and transparent as Bob explained each document that needed to be signed and the reason for it. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership and ask for Bob "the bald guy" Romeo.

Anthony at Pleasant Valley Motors was a pleasure to deal with, answering any and all questions I asked of him, and getting back to me in a timely fashion. He appears to be a down to earth guy, and though he has a job to perform, he very much went out of his way for us. He and the dealership were very fair in their dealings with us, both with price and patience. The way we've shopped for vehicles in recent years is we have compiled a very small list of dealerships that we feel comfortable with and trust (if that's not too strong of a word), and that's who we look to first when we purchase a vehicle. That approach has worked well for us, and at this point in time, with what we've experienced thus far with Pleasant Valley Motors and Anthony, we will definitely add them to our list for any future vehicles we may consider purchasing.

A few days after that car overheated again. Head gasket shot and heads were warped. Had 2 different reputable mechanics look at it and was told the head gaskets were gone for a while and the dealer should have known if they did their "extensive check of the car." Dealer claimed ignorance. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! Only gave 1 star because I had to but dealer does not deserve it!

We drove 3 hours from Medfjord and were highly impressed with our experience purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned Volvo. The car was priced fairly, clean, and in perfect mechanical condition. From our initial contact, following through all aspects of the process, everything progressed smoothly. The set up of the financing was prompt, personable, and professional. Corey Willemet did a great job delivering the vehicle, ensuring we were fully comfortable with how to operate all the equipment in the car, from setting up Bluetooth on the phone, to making sure we were familiar and comfortable with all the features on the car. He was thorough, kind, and diligent, making Corey a great asset to the Volvo organization. We recommend Ray Price to anyone. They are a great group who is there to help with the entire process. Each person we worked with not only takes the time to listen and answer questions, but they negotiate a fair deal that did not include unwanted add-ons. We had an excellent experience working with Corey, who was incredibly attentive from the moment my daughter and I walked in. He is sharp, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. He answered all of our questions and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Buying a car can feel overwhelming, but Corey made it easy, even enjoyable. His professionalism and expertise really stood out. If you're looking for someone who truly knows Volvo vehicles and treats customers with respect and patience, we highly recommend asking for Corey Willemet. Thank you to all the staff at Ray Price for your stellar service. I enjoyed working with Corey and the entire team; we highly recommend them. Ray Price definitely earned a repeat customer and referrals! Jim of Medfjord

I took my 2015 Volvo XC60 in for a front end alignment and it was quickly taken back for my service appointment, everything I had called about was accurately listed. But while inspecting my vehicle they noticed a potentially fatal issue. The inner tie rod needed to be replaced as it controls the steering wheel. Without even asking, Daniela arranged for my courtesy car (a beautiful 2017 Volvo sedan!), which was ready and waiting for me, my car was ready in the time promised, AND given a beautiful car wash! I LOVE Ray Price Volvo and wouldn't service my Volvo anywhere else! BUT THEN, Less than 48 hours later my SRS Airbag Sensor came on. Checking Google, the code indicated that I needed to get the vehicle checked IMMEDIATELY as I had no airbags. I called Ray Price Volvo and spoke to Janice Stiff who told me to bring it in immediately. When I arrived Janice had it taken back immediately, but not before asking if there were any other issues I had noticed. I told her there was still a persistent "crunching" noise in the left front wheel. I was met with bad news after inspection. Turned out it the SRS sensor WAS faulty. But in addition to that, my driver's front axel was cracked. I was stunned...thinking of the additional funds in added to what I had already spent. Janice was way ahead of me. Whatever she did, whomever she spoke to, emailed, texted, etc., was magic, because between Volvo and the wonderful Ray Price Volvo, there was a reduction in the cost. Janice also got me another courtesy vehicle (a Volvo XC90) as she was concerned about my safety. The loaner was great and my car was fiixed in under three days. I have NEVER gushed about a dealership or their Service Advisors before, but it's about time I did! People are all to quick to critique and never praise. I originally purchased my vehicle with Ray Price, get it serviced at Ray Price, and when the time comes, purchase my next vehicle at Ray Price! Thanks again Dani and Janice, you guys are outstanding!
