Unfortunately, my vehicle purchase did not meet the level of service I was promised. Before taking delivery, I was assured that the scratch on the driver's door would be repaired. That never happened. I was also repeatedly told that a replacement grille had been ordered, only to later find out that it had not been ordered at all. Honest communication goes a long way, and I was disappointed by the lack of transparency throughout the process. To make matters worse, the vehicle was not properly detailed before I took delivery. When you're purchasing a vehicle, especially from a dealership, you expect it to be presented in excellent condition. Lastly, I only received one key with the vehicle. Every vehicle I've purchased in the past has come with two keys, and I was disappointed that this wasn't addressed. What bothered me most wasn't just the individual issues--it was the overall lack of follow-through and customer service after the sale. Customers deserve honest communication and for commitments to be honored. I hope this dealership takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and improves its attention to detail. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dean Carter Chevrolet.

I found a vehicle that I really liked and the ONLY thing that I didn't like was that the driver seat had some decent wear in the leather. I asked if they had insight on where I could get a new one and what it would cost with the intention of replacing it in the near future. I was blown away by the knowledge and insight provided. We were able to get a replacement chair in great condition before I even got the final paperwork done!
