They have a Rubicon that is way overpriced. It's a desert sand color with some aftermarket parts…read more They want $85,900 for it. Let me help some people out. NEVER pay MSRP for a vehicle. I got my Jeep Gladiator for just over $52k. 4 Wheel Parts quoted me $18-20k for a sweet set up including regearing, wheels/tires, lift, bumpers, etc. so total for my build would be about $72k. That's nearly a $14k difference. Had this salesman Tony argue with me saying I was FOS. Do the research and don't get swindled by these outrageous markups from dealers. Cheers!!

Had a REALLY bad experience with Dotta Jeep. I ordered a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 and…read morespecially ordered it to my specifications back in February of 2021. I put down a deposit and ordered it from Chris Walters (general manger of Dotta Jeep). I checked in with Chris once a week for the last six months checking on the order status. Finally in early July I was told it was built and would be delivered ASAP. In preparation of my new 392 wrangler arriving I sold my 2020 Wrangler Rubicon to make room for the 392 and paid off my lease with Chrysler Capital early. I checked in with Chris almost every day asking for updates. First there was delays at the factory (fine we live in a post Covid world with chip shortages and production delays), then it was it was shipped to a holding yard in Pennsylvania etc. Finally my New Jeep Wrangler 392 arrived this past Friday like a kid on Christmas Eve I couldn't sleep the night before I was supposed to pick it up only to find out that the paperwork wasn't ready. Mind you I've only been in conversations with Chris via text message because he NEVER picks up his cell phone to have a normal conversation like a professional would. So I couldn't come pick it up on Saturday but was promised on Monday the paperwork would be handled and the dealership would deliver the Jeep to New York for me where I live. On Monday I of course call chris and he texts me that the finance manager Dan would call me. An hour later Dan calls me and informs me that they can't lease me the Jeep in the state where I register my cars. I asked if we could find a solution and even provided him with the DMVs info and a title agency that could do it. After going back and forth with Dan all day long trying to get the deal done I tell him how bad the customer experience has been dealing with Chris and Dotta Jeep and how he never picks up the phone and only texts and how long it's taken to get this deal done. Dan gets angrier and angrier and yells at me and hangs up on me. I called him back and he said "the deals over we aren't selling you the car". I call Chris he of course doesn't pick up, then he finally calls me and screams at me "We aren't selling you your car, you burned your bridge with us" and hangs up then BLOCKS my number so I can't call or text him any longer. I call the dealership and the reception screens the calls and won't let me speak to Chris or Dan. I send an apology email to Chris and Dan for my frustration which goes unresponsive. I call for two more days and get zero call backs. Finally I called Chrysler Headquarters and they had a representative call the dealership and magically Chris Walters picks up the call and told the representative that they SOLD MY JEEP to someone on Saturday for more money!!! Yes MY JEEP that I custom ordered and waited seven months for, MY JEEP that I sold my old Jeep for, MY JEEP that I had a deposit on and now I am without a car and have to wait six to seven months for another order allocation to be built. Dotta Jeep are LIARS, DISHONEST SCUM BAGS with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I would NEVER do business with this dealership ever again. RUN AS FAR AWAY!!!!

A few days after that car overheated again. Head gasket shot and heads were warped. Had 2 different reputable mechanics look at it and was told the head gaskets were gone for a while and the dealer should have known if they did their "extensive check of the car." Dealer claimed ignorance. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! Only gave 1 star because I had to but dealer does not deserve it!

Anthony at Pleasant Valley Motors was a pleasure to deal with, answering any and all questions I asked of him, and getting back to me in a timely fashion. He appears to be a down to earth guy, and though he has a job to perform, he very much went out of his way for us. He and the dealership were very fair in their dealings with us, both with price and patience. The way we've shopped for vehicles in recent years is we have compiled a very small list of dealerships that we feel comfortable with and trust (if that's not too strong of a word), and that's who we look to first when we purchase a vehicle. That approach has worked well for us, and at this point in time, with what we've experienced thus far with Pleasant Valley Motors and Anthony, we will definitely add them to our list for any future vehicles we may consider purchasing.

I have had the pleasure of working with Danny many times throughout our history of going to Colonial. Many, many years ago the owner Ralph was so kind to allow my father to return our recently purchased Kia when we went through financial troubles. We never forgot that interaction and to this day we are life long Colonial customers. Can't recommend them enough. Huge thanks to Bill in the service department. He remembers all of the details of my purchases. Who can say that they enjoy going to take their cars to get serviced? We know we will always get the best deal and will never be taken advantage of. Colonial Autos is the epitome of what an exceptional customer service model looks like. Thank you!

All of the vehicles are priced with a no haggle price which is nice because you know the price you are paying. We selected a 2018 Toyota Highlander and traded in a 2017 Chevrolet Spark and received full trade in value and then some. Our salesperson Bob "the bald guy" Romeo took us through the buying process. Bob was very courteous, attentive and responsive to our needs in all aspects of the purchase. The process was very smooth and transparent as Bob explained each document that needed to be signed and the reason for it. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership and ask for Bob "the bald guy" Romeo.
