I took my 2015 Volvo XC60 in for a front end alignment and it was quickly taken back for my service appointment, everything I had called about was accurately listed. But while inspecting my vehicle they noticed a potentially fatal issue. The inner tie rod needed to be replaced as it controls the steering wheel. Without even asking, Daniela arranged for my courtesy car (a beautiful 2017 Volvo sedan!), which was ready and waiting for me, my car was ready in the time promised, AND given a beautiful car wash! I LOVE Ray Price Volvo and wouldn't service my Volvo anywhere else! BUT THEN, Less than 48 hours later my SRS Airbag Sensor came on. Checking Google, the code indicated that I needed to get the vehicle checked IMMEDIATELY as I had no airbags. I called Ray Price Volvo and spoke to Janice Stiff who told me to bring it in immediately. When I arrived Janice had it taken back immediately, but not before asking if there were any other issues I had noticed. I told her there was still a persistent "crunching" noise in the left front wheel. I was met with bad news after inspection. Turned out it the SRS sensor WAS faulty. But in addition to that, my driver's front axel was cracked. I was stunned...thinking of the additional funds in added to what I had already spent. Janice was way ahead of me. Whatever she did, whomever she spoke to, emailed, texted, etc., was magic, because between Volvo and the wonderful Ray Price Volvo, there was a reduction in the cost. Janice also got me another courtesy vehicle (a Volvo XC90) as she was concerned about my safety. The loaner was great and my car was fiixed in under three days. I have NEVER gushed about a dealership or their Service Advisors before, but it's about time I did! People are all to quick to critique and never praise. Since then, I've tried calling a few more times for an update. I most recently called in the beginning of October and left a message inquiring about where I was on the waitlist. Still no answer. My lights are now so dim that I can't drive around at night. It's now October 26; I just checked my mailbox and found a letter asking if they could buy my Nissan Altima for their lot with a handwritten sticky note attached. They have time to send mail about purchasing my car...but they can't give me a call or text back about head lamp replacement?

However, before I left, I checked the mirror and found it still didn't work. The technician came out, tried the mirror several times, and confirmed that it was indeed broken. I explained to the counter guy that the issue started when we had the first snowfall, and I had wiped snow off the top of the casing, not the actual mirror. They used this as an excuse, claiming that it wasn't covered under my bumper-to-bumper warranty and that the technician needed to replace the mirror. I was charged $99 for nothing and lied about the repair. I will be taking this matter to court to recover my $99.
