Two weeks ago I brought my wife's brand new Mazda CX 5 into the shop. There were two spots on the hood where birds did their business and left marks on the hood that I could not wax out. We only have 2000 miles on the car and it was upsetting to see these two spots. The owner Jett Watteron had me pull the car in, he had his detailer come over and work his magic. In a matter of less then 20 minutes the spots were completely gone and there was no charge to me. I reached their location at 11:40am. Parked my Audi 8 with ugly white scrape on handle and around the wheel area. Told to wait a few minutes. Brett (not sure about name, but that's what the business card he gave says) came in less than 5 mins wait time, asked me to drive to the back. He looked at it, said seems body is not dented, asked a technician working on another car to take off the marks, who got some chemicals, took it off, and then volunteered to polish it with some more equipments while I waited in the waiting room. At the end brand new! Asked Brett how much the bill. Said it's ok, nothing. Amazingly good people. Saw the lady talking and explaining the billing and insurance for another client. I'd do business here anytime, and will take my next car even if it has a scratch to serious issues. I thought with Audi's I'd have to pay a few hundred at least but what a surprise, and honesty of labor charges. BTW, labor charges are clearly written for a few car models, and they seem certified by MB and Audi. I did some research and found this shop to be highly rated. Over the last three years , I've have had both my cars repaired here after being hit by other drivers. Art dealt with the insurance companies and fought to get me new parts versus salvage yard parts. He kept me informed throughout the process. Recently I took my 2009 MDX back to get an estimate after I hit a pole in a parking lot. Art said the cost to repair the fender would exceed the increased value when I sell the car. Art took the time to have a technician pull out the dents as best they could, at no cost. The fender isn't perfect but it looks so much better.
